UPDATE: Claudia Lee Joins KICK-ASS 2 Cast
Yet another fresh face for this one. According to Deadline, the 16 year old Hart of Dixie actress/singer/songwriter has joined the cast of Jeff Wadlow's Kick-Ass sequel. The site don't reveal which role she will play however. UPDATE: But we know, click to find out..

Deadline report that Claudia Lee has been cast in a co-starring role in Kick-Ass 2: Balls To The Wall, the Jeff Wadlow-directed sequel to Mathew Vaughn's brilliant original. Unfortunately they don't have any info on who Lee will be playing, but given her age it can't be too hard to narrow it down - provided of course she will be playing a character from Mark Millar's comic series, and not one created just for the movie. I have only read a couple of issues so have no idea one way or the other - you guys have any suggestions? We still don't know who will play "Mother Russia", but something tells me it won't be young Miss Lee here!
Jeff Wadlow will direct Kick-Ass 2, which will begin shooting this September in Toronto and London. Aaron Johnson, Chloe Grace Moretz, Christopher Mintz-Plasse and Nicholas Cage are all set to return.
UPDATE: According to the following press-release, Lee will play a character called 'Brooke'..
"In the sequel to the original “Kick-Ass,” 16-year-old Lee will play “Brooke,” the ringleader of a teenage school posse. It is the first feature role for the actress, who currently costars as the manipulative and sassy teen “Magnolia Breeland” on the CW Television Network series “Hart of Dixie.”
"I am so blessed to be part of such a wonderful project,” said Lee. “I have always wanted to play a character that would surprise my fans, and Brooke will definitely accomplish that goal.”
