VIDEO GAMES: Official KICK-ASS 2 Game Coming To PC And Consoles This November

Set to coincide with the release of the movie on DVD and Blu-ray, UIG Entertainment have today revealed that a Kick Ass 2 will be released for PC and consoles this November. Hit the jump for details and a batch of artwork and screenshots.

Freedom Factory Studios and UIG Entertainment are excited to announce the fantastic action adventure/beat’em up game KICK-ASS 2 for PC and console - the official game of the hit summer movie!

Three years after the success of “KICK ASS”, the second installment of the successful comic adventure movie hits cinemas across the world and features returning cast members Aaron Taylor-Johnson (Kick-Ass) and Chloe Grace Moretz (Hit-Girl), along with Hollywood star Jim Carrey (Colonel Stars and Stripes).

KICK-ASS 2 the game is a classic beat-em-up featuring brutal finishing moves and animations straight from the movie and comic-book. Play with the main characters of the movie including lead hero “Kick Ass” or the lethal “Hit Girl” as they take on arch-nemesis, “The Mother[frick]er”!

KICK ASS2 will release in November 2013

if they can properly combined Assasins Creed roof crawling and combat, and parkour with Max payne shooting. then they would have a bomb ass kick-ass game but until then.... no.

The art style definitely looks similar in tone to Ultimate Spider-Man. Who knows it could turn out to be good.

Realistically, the closest thing this game will get to being purchased is by renting it from Blockbuster, especially since it's nearly two months and a half after the film's release. Why don't they start making some comic book games that people would actually want to play.

If you're gonna spend money on making a game, at least make sure it's a good game that people would actually spend their money on. We live in a generation where Grand Theft Auto V and the Batman: Arkham Series exists. There is no sugarcoating in this situation, there are only a select few video-games that were based on films that were actually good and this doesn't look like one of them.

so i am guessing most people will play as Hit-Girl from Kick-Ass? Most played her in the first. i'd like if the other heroes were playable to. the first had three, this has two. id love to play as Night-Bitch.
