AVENGERS: INFINITY WAR: Don Cheadle Talks About Mark Ruffalo's Accidental Spoiler

Spoilers are deadly, especially for a movie like Avengers: Infinity War. But, leave it to Mark Ruffalo to spoil the ending one year in advance. Don Cheadle says this...

Mark Ruffalo, known for playing the Bruce Banner/The Hulk, is also known for his uncontrollable spoiler habit. Along with Tom Holland, the Marvel executives must feel a little nervous anytime Ruffalo has to go on a press tour. Well, remember this video?

Turns out that bit at the end wasn't acting, after all. War Machine actor Don Cheadle was recently on Jimmy Kimmel, explaining what actually went down between that certain interview.
He said, "Well if you listen very closely, he actually started to say the absolute truth, and then had to try to say 'everybody' after he almost said 'half.' It was like, 'You just messed the whole thing up!'"

Most people by now have seen Avengers: Infinity War, so this obviously isn't an issue now. Even back then, no one expected what Ruffalo said to actually become true. Let's just hope for future press tours, like for Avengers 4, we don't have any incidents like this again. However, if you're one of those fans who love spoilers, then listen close to what Ruffalo has to say in the future. You may just pick up an important plot point.

Here's the Jimmy Kimmel clip below.

I remember when this video came out a year ago and I yelled at my computer screen "GODDAMIT RUFFALO!!! KEEP YOUR GOD DAMN MOUTH SHUT". But I completely forgot about it till right now.

Just here waiting on Dave Bautista to exit GotGVol.3 after his tweet about Disney sticking to their decision.

@Roodi - I still don't think anything with Gunn is set in stone. Variety is a pretty trustworthy source, but there's still no official confirmation from anyone at Disney or Marvel. All we have to go off of is an article with no quotes, even from anonymous sources. It's just like the people who claimed to be working in pre-production on GOTG3 who said that Feige was furious at Horn. If that's true, I don't think Feige would have missed the meeting. Until we see anyone official say "We stand by our decision," it's just he said/she said.

@JamesPunn - with that said the initial firing is still the most concrete thing. Whether you agree or disagree that's the only official thing out.

@MrCamw1 - That's definitely true. I just like to hold out hope that there are still discussions going on about this at Disney. The MCU is an intricately planned machine, and one movie not coming out on time could disrupt the entire thing. They really don't need GOTG3 to be postponed, and finding a new director won't be an easy task. I think it would be easier and make the most sense to just let Gunn back on board at this point.

@JamesPunn - here's how I see it, and feel free to disagree with me. Whether they bring him back for Guardians or not people are going to have pedophilia on the mind no matter what side your on. Its unfortunate also cause even if an investigation is done and it comes out Gunn is clean his record for the next year will be tainted. So I say a fair compromise is let a year pass and still have him take control of the cosmic side for the future. This way the vision of the studio stats intact and there would only be behind the scenes dealings with Gunn. Would I want him back for directing Guardians 3? Of course? Do I believe he meant all those jokes and pictures? No the guy wrote and directed pg porn(If you dont know what that is look it up its great). But theres still a large amount of people who want to hang the man so better to let it it die down and then in the future we could talk bringing him back. Again both sides have to be taken into account.

I'm just gonna avoid Mark Ruffalo's interviews when it comes down to talking about Avengers 4.

Ruffalo watching the movie, realizing everyone actually (most at least) dies at the end of Infinity War and how he f**kd up all over again:

I didn't even notice he was about to say half. That would have been a major spoiler. That let's you know that he's at least aware and these are mistakes that he's making.

I don't know why people are turning on his banner I enjoyed him. Someone who's been the hulk for 2 years, is in danger of losing himself to the hulk, and is just now catching up to everything should be a little twitchy and frantic.

MrCamw1 - 8/17/2018, 5:01 PM
@MyCoolYoung - I think people think hes been sidelined to supporting character, which I could see but I enjoy him the same regardless.

KWilly - 8/17/2018, 5:04 PM
@MyCoolYoung - Yeah, I like the "new" Banner. More entertaining, that's for sure. It is weird hearing him say things like...

"Haha. You guys are so screwed now".
MyCoolYoung
MyCoolYoung - 8/17/2018, 5:07 PM
@MrCamw1 - not even just that, Ive heard quite a few people say ruffalo is "phoning it in" which I don't agree.
MyCoolYoung
MyCoolYoung - 8/17/2018, 5:08 PM
@KWilly - lol yeah he's totally out of his element and quite different now

Bungathewise - 8/17/2018, 5:26 PM
@MyCoolYoung - I agree that he takes a lot of flack he does not deserve and I enjoy his banner. He also does not get enough praise for his mo-cap work as hulk. That being said I felt the scene where he was stuck under a tree was cringe-worthy. Felt very amature to me but as amazing as the Russo's usually are that's more on them to see it doesn't work more than him.
MyCoolYoung
MyCoolYoung - 8/17/2018, 5:42 PM
@Bungathewise - I'm drawing a blank, which scene is that?
MrCamw1
MrCamw1 - 8/17/2018, 6:14 PM
@MyCoolYoung - I think I BBC the beginning of Infinty War where he does the half banner half hulk face trying to get hulk to come out hes referring to.
Bungathewise
Bungathewise - 8/17/2018, 6:43 PM
@MyCoolYoung - it's during the new York scene where he can't get hulk of come out.
MyCoolYoung
MyCoolYoung - 8/17/2018, 8:04 PM
@Bungathewise I remember the scene but not anything abnormal. i'll rewatch to see

Why is no one talking about the Denzel Washington interview where he says, “Never say Never” to being involved with a Marvel or a DC Film???

Here’s a fan cast for Denzel Washington, make him be Dr. Doom?
Armageddon26
Armageddon26 - 8/17/2018, 8:17 PM
@BraxtonHicks - Dr. is interesting, but Denzel is getting up there and I rather Reed be the same age as him.
Maybe Blue Marvel?
BraxtonHicks
BraxtonHicks - 8/17/2018, 11:57 PM
@Armageddon26 - Blue Marvel would be great as well, and i understand that. Washington is getting up there in age, he’d only withhold Doom for a few years before a need to replace would yield its ugly head. In his hayday though, Doom would’ve been outstanding for him to take up.

Doom needs that swagger Washington has through, that charisma and charm. Hell, Jeffrey Dean Morgan would also be a great Dr. Doom as well.

@BraxtonHicks - I see him as more of a Dr Strange villian. Mepihisto or nightmare or something.

I would not tell him or Holland anything about the movie and prohibit them from talking about it until it is in theatres.

@Menks123 - Thor,Rocket & Groot arriving in Wakanda is my favorite moment of the movie.I also love the Doctor Strange Vs Thanos fight.

Menks123 - 8/17/2018, 5:23 PM
@marvel72 - It was so good. I REALLY wish he came in with The Immigrant Song again lmao.

I gotta say, my favorite moment was when Thanos had to sacrifice Gamora. It reallllllly made Thanos that much fricking better, and the interaction between Brolin and Saldana was great.

Just a masterpiece to me.
Bungathewise
Bungathewise - 8/17/2018, 5:30 PM
@marvel72 - it was amazing. Can't decide if my favorite one liner is "I am Steve rogers" or iron man's "he is from space and he's trying to steal a necklace from a wizard".
Menks123
Menks123 - 8/17/2018, 5:34 PM
@Bungathewise - lolol

The "I am Steve Rogers" was awesome, so was the "I've noticed you copied my beard."

@Menks123 - yea, musical cue-wise I'm REALLY hoping they use AC/DC again for Iron Man. My guess would be maybe on StarLord's Zune he starts playing something, and Tony would be like "good choice"

Begin the butt whoopin' rock n' roll
