"S.H.I.E.L.D.E.D" is a fan-made short put together by Adam Levermore with an eye to scoring a design job on Marvel's upcoming S.H.I.E.L.D tv series, and not only has he done a stellar job, but he's managed to get a few famous faces to appear in it too..

The emphasis is squarely on comedy here, but I think it really works. Plus, Levermore has enlisted the talents of Grant Imahara from Mythbusters to play himself, Amber Benson - Tara From Buffy The Vampire Slayer - as Agent Benson, Walking Dead and BSG composer Bear McCreary for the score, Eureka scribe Amy Berg’s to pen the script. Pretty impressive I'm sure you will agree..

Yeah the style and tone won't be for everyone but you can't deny that production wise that was a hell of a job for a fan made short.

Ok for a fanmade but the comedy was terrible. Still can't wait for the Shield show! Hope it isn't anything like this. LOL.

When you have the resources that Levermore has, you will get more impressive production quality than other fan shorts. I personally didn't think the production quality made up for everything else, but different strokes.

That wasn't even funny bad! It was just plain terrible on every level. Plus I wouldn't really call those people "famous faces" lol Famous is when you walk down the street, or into a room, and more people than not recognize you. Brad Pitt? Famous! Anne Hathaway? Famous! That chick who played that one chick from Buffy? You're grasping at straws. Much like these "celebrity" reality shows.

great acting. i like it. love the intro and end credits. i give it a 7.5 out of 10 in fan-made videos.
here are my constructive criticisms-
too much humor.although while watching it...my mind almost keeps drawing me to a parody video. and there accents reminds me of Robert Downey Jr. and Scarlett Johansson.

and my personal opinion...i think S.H.E.I.L.D shouldn't reveal who they are on interviewing someone until they know for sure that person is qualified.

If it was an amateur fan made video, I would say it was cool, but since the people involved are professionals, I'm going to say it was pretty sad. The cinematography was amateur-ish, the acting flat, and I have to say as a fan of Bear McCreary I don't want to really believe that was his score. It sounded like something from a b-movie. Of course the people involved were probably doing it as a favor for a friend, but yea, still kinda of sad.

This is the best job application ever made. I feel sorry for people who don't read enough to get that part. I watched it again just for the set design, and he's really good, and just doing this shows his creativity and resourcefulness. I hope he gets the job.
