when thinking of sherlock holmes, rdj does not come to my mind at all. but, i think he will bring a very interesting take to the character, especially if they are going for a comical aim

I saw the trailer for this agin with Transformers and im getting off the fence about this one. I now know it looks fairly crap! Once again a story and character with comedic elements looks to have been turned into an action comedy with elements of character. I hope im wrong but if the trailers anything to go by, i wont be.

Also its being directed by Guy "Let me fackin tell ya abawt this fackin caaant i used to know.." Ritchie

And I couldn't agree with you more about this movie, Ror01. And no, Watson isn't supposed to be chubby.

is this a set pic or an actual scene? there are a few others in the web.. but yeah i am kind of cautious about Jude´s age for Watson.. always had seen Watson as a Fat-english guy.

^ you had seen Watson as a "fat-english guy" because most if not all other Sherlock Holmes movies show him to be a fat and incompetent fool. In the books, this is most definitely not the case.
