I wonder what he means by "others". He already filmed his cameo for Thor, so its probably the Avengers.. Ghost Rider, more so.

Oh yeah, I hadn't even considered his possible cameo for First Class and they are still filming.

why doesn't steve ditko get a cameo on spidey. So what could these "others" Stan Lee is talking about.

I wonder if Darren Aronofsky will let him cameo in The Wolverine. Since he is such a high quality director and cameos are kind of gimmicky.

@Exiles, Because Steve doesn't want all the publicity. Especially the fall out with Stan because of character rights, or something like that. I just wonder why they didn't have Joe Simon do a cameo for Captain America. He's still alive and kicking!

@Neos, Well they did a documentary of Steve Ditko a few years back, where the host actually got to meet him. But there was no footage of that, since Ditko didn't want to be filmed or have pictures taken of him, like you said.

Excelsior!

@Darkman wrong. He was a hot dog vender in X-Men, and a man watering his lawn in X3.

@Darkmatter Actually, Stan Lee did cameo in the first X-Men movie as a vendor at a hot dog stand and in X-Men: The Last Stand as a man watering his grass.

...So yeah. Don't be so quick to call everyone out.

@Darkmatter First, don't edit your comments after realizing you made an honest mistake. You originally said that he never appeared in any X-Men movies, but then changed it to just First Class.

You don't even know that First Class is going to be a bad movie. No one does. Why? Because no one has seen it yet! And for all we know, he could very well have a cameo in First Class, so you can't be certain.

And just because he wasn't in X-2, it doesn't mean it's because he didn't want to be. Maybe he had a conflict. And besides, X-2 was arguably the best in the entire franchise.

Stan Lee should have played Justin Hammer in IRON MAN 2!

I wouldnt say he's gonna cameo in Ghost Rider, because he didnt create Ghost Rider.
So, Its safe to say that Stan Lee is goin to cameo in all the Marvel movies with characters that he's responsible/partially responsible for making

@Darkmatter I know you're not going to change your mind, but with all due respect, you're acting kind of ignorant. "Feeling it in your bones" isn't exactly a legitimate excuse for claiming that this movie will be bad. We all need to wait and actually see the movie in its entirety before forming an opinion.

The same goes for Thor, Captain America: TFA, Green Lantern, and the other summer movies coming out as well. A lot of us are saying that these movies are either going to be awesome or be awful, when in reality, we're all just taking guesses based on what we've seen. Like First Class, we all need to wait and see.

It's basically certain he'll be in first class, but theres no way he will appear in ghost rider or the wolverine. Only the characters he created people.

@denotsip: IMDB is a horrible place to get news off of. It's like wikipedia, any guy off the street can write what he wants in there. Trust me when I say non of the movies you mentioned have been green lit yet.

TheAntagonist - Why the hell would Stan Lee make an appearance in 'Ghost Rider'? He had NOTHING to do with the creation of the character!

IMO, 'Meh...' Who cares.

@denotsip: IMDB is usually pretty accurate when it comes down to past movies but not future movies unless it comes out within the next year.

@loganoneil

Thanks for clearing that up for me. I'm not very familiar with the Ghost Rider character and was just throwing out the names of upcoming Marvel Movies. Now that I think about it, Stan never made an appearance in the first Ghost Rider either.
