So where to begin ? We've heard it all, ''Wolverine is too tall'', ''Venom is too small'', ''Mary Jane is fugly'', ''Where was Galactus ?'' and on and on and on.....
The fact is, we all have our vision of what our Hero's movie should be. We'd like to think that if our heroes existed, they wouldn't be too pleased with the way they've been portrayed up until now. Well, I'm sure Bruce Wayne wouldn't mind, but the rest wouldn't be too happy..
Well, this may shock you, but they don't exist, they can't speak for themselves and they can't grab the directors by the ears and say ''WTF?''..In a way, WE, the fans, are their heroes, here in reality.(Hey,that could be a movie). We are the ones that keep their myth alive, we are the ones that don't let people forget, we are the ones that are most insulted and offended when a film maker decides to follow a certain path.
This is because we feel the need to speak up for those who can't speak for themselves, in this case, ironically, our heroes...
So who cares more than us.? really..The director, The studio, The actors,.?.No, No, and No,..Sure, they care about their art and craft, but ultimately, its about the money,..I guarantee you anyone of us would jump at the chance to make a CBM for Marvel, even if we weren't getting paid, Of course, this would never happen, so we are left with our opinions and ''nerd rage''..lol..
These Movies are obviously expensive and take true talent to create, but look at the response these movies get. Its as if they made a movie for nothing. They spend all their patience, time, money, and lives making a film for the fans and the fans end up hating it, not because the special effects were lame, not because the actors can't act, but simply because they didn't stay true to the character and the source we all were attracted to at some point in our lives...
(Lets hope Cap and Thor don't fail us)
So by now you should know that a Perfect Comic Book Movie will never be made.
So get off your lazy ass and Make It Yourself...
