We're you one of the many people who were satisfied with the ending of Toy Story 3? Well then it sucks to be you. Cause Walt Disney Co. chief Bob Iger announced at a recent meeting with some wall street analyists that Toy Story 4 is in development.
Thats right everybody, today after the announcement of the title of Star Wars Episode 7: The Force Awakens. Disney has also announced that Toy Story 4 is now in development for a June 2017 release date. With John lasster returning to the franchise as the director. The last film of the franchise was previously directed by Lee Unkrich so its a bit strange that Lasseter is coming back, but we are bound to know more in the coming years up to release.  Not much else is known about the sequel at this point, not even if the original cast is set to return.
But considering the fact that they have all been in the shorts they have been releasing we can safely bet they probably will. What are your thoughts on this recent development? Comment down below. Give an opinion.
Woody, Buzz and the whole gang are back. As their owner Andy prepares to depart for college, his loyal toys find themselves in daycare where untamed tots with their sticky little fingers do not play nice. So, it's all for one and one for all as they join Barbie's counterpart Ken, a thespian hedgehog named Mr. Pricklepants and a pink, strawberry-scented teddy bear called Lots-o'-Huggin' Bear to plan their great escape.

Damn If the Wonder Woman movie release date don't change they have to go against Toy Story 4 and Despicable Me 3.

[frick] this. The Toy Story trilogy is one of my favorites of all time, and Toy Story 3 ended it perfectly. Pixar's taken a real steep drop lately, focusing more on unnecessary sequels and prequels and spin-offs rather than doing what they do best: coming up with fantastic, creative, original ideas.

@DIAMONDZ exactly that's what happen with Man of Steel when the movie went up against Monster inc 2 and World War Z last year. Lucky enough it still made bank.

They crafted a near damn perfect trilogy. Why risk ruining all that? With that said, if it's great, well, then more power to Pixar.

@Bekss

Justice League Part 1 comes out in November, you're thinking of Wonder Woman.

All of the previous ones are great movies. Not sure where they'll go with this though. I thought 3 wrapped it up pretty nicely.
Batman52
Batman52 - 11/6/2014, 2:57 PM
I don't care what kind of comic book movie comes out, yes even Avengers, you move when Toy Story 4 is coming a week before or during your release date.
JamesMan
JamesMan - 11/6/2014, 2:58 PM
And now to this news:

NO [frick] YOU NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO [frick] YOU DISNEY NO NO NO NO NO NO [frick] YOU PIXAR!

Seriously you wrapped it up perfectly! Your third movie was the only film I've bawled like a child at and now you're gonna [frick] it aaaaallllll up! [frick] you! [frick] your couch! [frick] whoever's working on this movie! Congratulations you have entered the pantheon of being a bunch of [frick]ing sellouts controlled by box office instead of actual damn creativity. This has another Cars 2 written all over it.

It seems like the site has the dates wrong, even worse then. WW has less power than JL

@kinghulk
Yeah I first post it without F4 2, but then I said what the hell the 1st one could be good (yeah right)
EthanSmith1

Remember when people didn't want Toy Story 2 because 1 ended so perfectly? Remember when people didn't want Toy Story 3 because 2 ended so perfectly? The same goes for this. With Lasseter on board, I'm in.
Batman52
Batman52 - 11/6/2014, 3:02 PM
After this news (frick) 2015 (except Avengers and Star Wars) the real movies come out after that year.
JamesMan
JamesMan - 11/6/2014, 3:03 PM
Here's a pretty accurate picture of how this will be:

Batman52
Batman52 - 11/6/2014, 3:05 PM
@EthanSmith1 But here's the thing I didn't mind them having 3 movies, but ask yourself this. After 3 when the toys are with another owner and Andy is in college where do you go from there? Which is why I think they should've ended in the third one.
JamesMan
JamesMan - 11/6/2014, 3:05 PM
I am absolutely stunned at how badly this news bothers me. It's [frick]ing amazing.
Bekss
Bekss - 11/6/2014, 3:06 PM
Exactly what EthanSmith said.

I'm excited for this movie, the guys making it are some of the best and there's no reason to think it will be bad.
MisterBatfleck
MisterBatfleck - 11/6/2014, 3:06 PM
You either die a trilogy, or live long enough to see yourself become Batman & Robin.
Batman52
Batman52 - 11/6/2014, 3:06 PM
Like I don't mind Toy Story 4 either in fact I'm excited, but what's the purpose for it.
