Empire Magazine has revealed the Alien: Covenant themed cover which will hit stands this week and it's not one you'll want your kids to come across! As you can see below, it puts a Xenomorph front and centre as the monstrous alien drools all over the place while on the hunt for upcoming sequel's crew.

A brief synopsis for the highly anticipated movie was also revealed last year, and it teases: "Bound for a remote planet on the far side of the galaxy, the crew of the colony ship Covenant discovers what they think is an uncharted paradise, but is actually a dark, dangerous world — whose sole inhabitant is the ‘synthetic’ David (Michael Fassbender), survivor of the doomed Prometheus expedition."

The cast of Alien: Covenant also includes Katherine Waterston, Danny McBride, Demián Bichir, Billy Crudup, Noomi Rapace, and Guy Pearce, and as you can see below, it will be released on May 19th.

@datNAMEtho - Andy Serkis played Golum, but there was still CGI.

This image, and especially this shot in the trailer was done with CGI.

@MasterMix - I watched Aliens before Alien, so they've never really scared me. I get more excited than I do scared.
