Been years, but I mostly remember the gymnastics and the T-Rex running around in....San Diego is it?

Watched the first 2 minutes....lol.

They claim that this second island is where they bred all of the dinos, but wtf was with the eggs hatching and all the DNA that we saw in the first one?

These guys are great. They aren't hit and miss, you guys just don't like it when they point out flaws with movies you LIKE.

Honestly, this movie isn't that bad. I enjoy it almost as much as the first. The only glaring issue it has is that the crew of the cargo ship was killed with no explanation, while the Rex was locked in the cargo hold.

The acting, the writing, the direction was all fine in my opinion.

Haha, finished watching it. They go a little overboard with some of the nitpicks, but they have some crazy good points on others.

How did that T-Rex eat/kill everyone on the boat and then closed itself back in it's cargo hold? Pretty funny

@Humby google it, deleted scene apparently with raptors. I asked on this site as well about that.

i googled it, and it was never filmed but was in the original script. Pretty glaring mistake, imo.

Still loved the movie, just not as much as the first.

There were a couple cheesy parts in this film...gymnastics being the most blatant. But I enjoyed this one more than the first, maybe it was the darker tone or the fact that they were in danger from the moment they set foot on the island.

They had the hatchery in the first movie BECAUSE it was a showroom floor, they wanted to show the process of how a dinosaur was created as part of the tour, this is apparent when they sit in the theatre chairs that strap them in and John tells them thats its "kinof a ride" which opens up the mr DNA presentation, showing all these things.

The gymnastics were dumb as [frick] ill give you that also the T Rex killing everybody on the boat always annoyed me as well, I think in the script that Raptors got on board as well or something but still..address it or something Spielberg!

This was funny, although, studying the logic of a Jurassic Park movie misses the point. If you aren't having enough fun to suspend your disbelief, then the movie is lost cause. If you are having enough fun, logic doesn't matter. Like the first movie, the sequel was weak on plot, but strong on letting you see dinosaurs eat people.

I liked both sequels, but they both seemed like more of the first movie, and I'm not sure I want to see another sequel. Jurassic Park has been done. Jurassic Park was great because we'd never seen that quality of cgi dinosaurs in such large numbers, but that initial impact is hard to beat.
