JURASSIC WORLD 2 Finds Its Director
We heard his name mentioned in connection with the gig back in January, and now it's been officially confirmed that J.A. Bayona (The Orphanage, The Impossible) will take over from Colin Trevorrow to helm the follow up to Jurassic World. More details past the jump...
It's just been announced that Juan Antonio García Bayona will take the reigns of the Jurassic Park franchise, as the A Monster Calls (see the new trailer for that below) director has signed on to helm the follow-up to the mega-hit, Jurassic World.
That movie's director, Colin Trevorrow, will remain on board as executive producer along with Steven Spielberg, while Chris Pratt and Bryce Dallas Howard are also expected to reprise their roles.
Jurassic World 2 is set to hit theatres on June 22, 2018.
