We all expected Warner Bros./New Line to seize the opportunity to debut an offcial Shazam! image today during ET's Facebook Live Q&A with the cast, but it turns put the most revealing thing about the video chat was the film's logo they released last night to hype it up.

SHAZAM: Latest Images From The Set Give Us An Incredibly Detailed Look At Zachary Levi's Costume

Still, Zachary Levi (Shazam) and Asher Angel (Billy Batson) do have some fun answering fan questions, and although no major details about the plot are spilled, we do find out a little more about their characters.

A bit disappointing, then, but the night is young! If we do get something a little more exciting you'll be the first to know, but in the meantime, check out the vid below and let us know what you think.

It's going to be very interesting to see how this film is recieved. So many die hard DC fans accuse the MCU of being to "kiddie" yet I feel like Shazam will be the most kid friendly film of the modern era. (as it should be). I think the general audience will like it but I'm just wondering if the fanboys will change their tune.

Time will tell, but I hope it does well.

@LongMayHeReign - As one of the most devoted DC Films fans, I have to say that I love that they are going this route with it. The New 52 comic felt like a family friendly film and, unlike other DC Films, that kind of tone works for Captain Marvel (Shazam!). The DC Films are about hope rising in a world that seems devoid of it. Now that one little boy who wanted to use his abilities to help others has achieved his dream as Superman, and he's been and the heroes he was inspired by and who have inspired him, have given the world hope again, another kid, years younger, who is about to learn to do the same, and who can turn into a Superman with a magic word makes perfect sense. I'm good with this.

I hope this movie turns out well for everyone involved. I'm not interested now, so hopefully the trailer gets me interested in going to see it in theaters.

Looks good so far... have the Snyder fans announced a boycott yet in support of muting the colors?
