Well, it's finally here, and we're confident in saying it was worth the wait!
Marvel Studios and Sony Pictures have shared the first trailer for Spider-Man: No Way Home, and while Tom Holland's web-slinger is the only version of Peter Parker we spend time with in the lengthy sneak peek, there is another familiar face we're sure you won't struggle to recognise.
Yes, Alfred Molina is indeed back as Doctor Octopus (it's hardly a secret at this stage), and he's going to have company. A familiar laugh (Willem Dafoe's Green Goblin) can be heard as a pumpkin bomb levels a number of cars, while some blasts of electricity seemingly offer a fleeting glimpse of Jamie Foxx's Electro as he pursues Spidey in his new black and gold costume.
Much of this trailer is devoted to Peter looking for a way to hide his secret identity from the world, and that's where Doctor Strange comes in. However, things go wrong, and it's then the young hero finds himself thrust into, well, we'll call it the "Multiverse of Madness."
A synopsis has also been released for the movie, though it doesn't give much away! "For the first time in the cinematic history of Spider-Man, our friendly neighborhood hero is unmasked and no longer able to separate his normal life from the high-stakes of being a Super Hero," it reads. "When he asks for help from Doctor Strange the stakes become even more dangerous, forcing him to discover what it truly means to be Spider-Man."
