After the now infamous "Sony hack", Sony co-chair Amy Pascal may be out on the street after a series of revealing and embarrassing emails that she had written have been released.

Pascal, who is very involved in all decisions regarding Spider-man, calls out several high profile people in these emails, including calling Angelina Jolie a "minimally talented spoiled brat", calling Leonardo DiCaprio "despicable", and accusing screenwriter Aaron Sorkin of being broke and sleeping with author Molly Bloom.  Pascal, who is a major Obama and Democratic party financial supporter, also made racially insensitive remarks about the president, suggesting that he only likes movies targeted toward the black demographic, such as The Butler and Think Like A Man.

According to the NY Daily News, several of her emails  have charges of "bullying, racism, and sexual harrassment".

Now, according to an inside source, Pascal will be fired to "set an example".

So what will happen now, particularly in regards to the Spider-man franchise?  Will her ousting help or hinder Marvel's attempts to re-acquire the web-slinger?  Perhaps this will bring in some new blood which might produce a high quality movie Spider-man film, as we've come to expect from comic book movies over the last few years?

What do you guys think?  Sound off below!
