Shameik Moore as Miles Morales
Shameik Moore (
Dope) voices the lead character, Miles Morales, who will find himself taking on the Spider-Man mantle after the tragic death of Peter Parker. However, he's in for the surprise of a lifetime when he runs into an alternate version of his former idol and embarks on an epic adventure to bring down the Kingpin.
Jake Johnson as Peter B. Parker
Jake Johnson (
New Girl;
The Mummy) will voice Peter B. Parker, who will serve as a mentor to young Miles Morales and while he may be unlike any version of the character we've ever seen depicted on-screen before, he still looks to be every bit as amazing as his numerous doppelgängers.
Hailee Steinfeld as Gwen Stacy
Academy Award-nominee Hailee Steinfeld is primed to have a huge December with the back-to-back releases of
Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse and
Bumblebee. Here she'll voice the fan-favorite Spider-Gwen, who is finally making her big-screen debut.
Mahershala Ali as Uncle Aaron
Academy Award-winner Mahershala Ali will voice Miles' Uncle Aaron, which is a name comic fans should recognize as the secret identity of the Prowler. Plus, based on the trailers, it looks like he may have a played a part in the original Peter Parker's death.
Brian Tyree Henry as Jefferson Davis
2x Primetime Emmy-nominee Brian Tyree Henry (
Atlanta) voices Miles' father Jefferson Davis, who has garnered some of the trailer's biggest laughs. However, if the movie follows the same beats as
Spider-Man PS4 in retelling Miles' origin story, then there's a reason to believe his role may end in tragedy.
Lily Tomlin as Aunt May
Academy Award-nominee and Golden Globe-winner Lily Tomlin (
Grace and Frankie;
Nashville) voices Peter's Aunt May and while she may have lost her nephew, she'll still be a guiding light in helping Miles in his journey.
Luna Lauren Velez as Rio Morales
Miles' loving mother will be voiced by
Dexter alum Luna Lauren Velez. Further details are being kept under wraps, but expect her to play a key role in shaping Miles into the hero we'll come to know and love.
Zoë Kravitz as Mary Jane
Hot on the heels of her turn in
Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald, Zoë Kravitz will lend her voice to Peter Parker's better half, Mary Jane Watson - or is it, Mary Jane Parker?
John Mulaney as Spider-Ham
2x Primetime Emmy-winner John Mulaney (
Big Mouth;
Saturday Night Live) breathes life into the soon-to-be fan-favorite Spider-Ham, who arrives just in the nick of time to make the situation weirder than you can possibly imagine.
Kimiko Glenn as Peni Parker
Orange Is The New Black star Kimiko Glenn will voice the team's second female Spider, Peni Parker. She won't actually suit up in costume, but we will see her pilot her psychically-powered mech suit known as the SP//dr.
Nicolas Cage as Spider-Man Noir
According to early reviewers, Academy Award-winner Nicolas Cage (
Teen Titans Go! To The Movies) does leave a lasting impression as the scene-stealing Spider-Man Noir, but doesn't get as much screentime as a hero of his caliber deserves.
Kathryn Hahn as Doc Ock
Well, here's an unexpected surprise. The always hysterical Kathryn Hahn will be voicing Doc Ock, which seemingly suggests that we may be meeting the Carolyn Trainor version of the villain. Another possible option is Dr. Serena Patel, who appeared in
Spider-Man: Shattered Dimensions, although that's probably a longshot at best.
Liev Schreiber as Wilson Fisk
After doing battle with Wolverine (Hugh Jackman) nearly ten years ago, 6x Golden Globe-nominee Liev Schreiber returns to the Marvel universe to lend his voice to the notorious Kingpin of Crime, Wilson Fisk.
Chris Pine as Peter Parker
Yes, you read that right. There will be two Peter Parkers in the film, one voiced by Jake Johnson (
New Girl) and one voiced by
Wonder Woman 1984 and
Star Trek Beyond star Chris Pine. He'll voice the version from Miles' universe, who dies in battle.
Natalie Morales as Miss Calleros
Natalie Morales (
Parks and Recreation;
Battle of the Sexes) will voice Miss Calleros, someone we can only presume is one of Miles Morales' teachers.
Oscar Isaac as Interesting Person #1 (Spider-Man 2099)
While the credits list Golden Globe-winner Oscar Isaac (
X-Men: Apocalypse;
Star Wars: Episode IX) as Interesting Person #1, we've been able to confirm that he's actually voicing Miguel O'Hara, a.k.a. Spider-Man 2099, in what should be an extremely memorable post-credits sequence. Get more details

Jorma Taccone as Green Goblin
The Lonely Island funnyman Jorma Taccone (
Macgruber;
Popstar: Never Stop Never Stopping) will be voicing the monstrous Green Goblin, but it remains to be seen whether he'll be Norman or Harry Osborn.
Joaquín Cosio as Scorpion
Veteran Mexican actor Joaquín Cosio (
Quantum of Solace;
The Lone Ranger) will voice the stinging Scorpion. He'll also appear in the Sylvester Stallone-fronted
Rambo 5: Last Blood next year.
Marvin Jones III as Tombstone
Black Lightning villain Marvin "Krondon" Jones III will be crossing over to the Marvel universe for a little bit, lending his voice to another big bad villain: the hardheaded Tombstone.
Lake Bell as Vanessa Fisk

Shot Caller;
Wet Hot American Summer: Ten Years Later). Bell will also voice Poison Ivy in the DC Universe's upcoming
Harley Quinn animated series.
