Me and ILoveStargirl continue our collab as I use her plot point ideas to write a hypothetical Amazing Spiderman comics are written by me. This one includes a long time dream of mine, writing SYMBIOTES!

Here are my newest storylines

Slingers: Arc 6: The trials of Doctor Octopus

The Slingers are now

Miles
Ghost Spider
Kaine
Ben Reilly
Doc Ock
Silk

and Eddie Brock is staying in a room at their base of operations, an old Doc Ock lair while he waits for a chance to return to Jackie on earth 666, a freedom fighter on a post apocalyptic earth and an alternate reality version of his dead ex-wife Anne Weying. Seeing protecting her tribe as a chance at redemption, he wants to get back as soon as Earth 666 is reopened for travel by the web warriors. For the time being, he's just a psychotic yet endearing roommate whose heart is in the right place despite his past as a supervillain. No one on the team really likes having him there, by its better than having him out on the streets potentially harming people. He really only gets to stay because everyone, including even Kaine, doesn't want to tell him no. Meanwhile, there's some conflict with the Symbiote, who dislikes being near Peter clones as it brings up Peter’s various betrayals of it. The Symbiote has a weird relationship with Peter and the closest thing you could relate it to in human terms is a very toxic on again off again romance, with Brock as the rebound that ended up being equally toxic, but instead of romance it would be mutually beneficial symbiosis that gets to be parasitic at times. At a point in this story Sarah Stacy will discover while getting up late at night that the Symbiote watches tv to learn about humanity while Eddie sleeps. I want to reiterate Venom is not a member. They wouldn't even consider letting him be a member. He's just staying at their base. They know once he leaves he’ll probably be staying on Earth 666 for a while and all they have to do is keep him out of trouble for a little while longer. It's really uncomfortable though.

Anyway, the Slingers have to vote whether or not to allow Doc Ock to remain a member after he killed Chameleon in a fit of rage. We got some issue of debate. We get a Doc Ock history lesson from the beginning to now. They decide to expel him from the group, and he agrees and leaves, heading towards Parker industries.

Meanwhile, Miles’s Uncle Aaron will return, using old weapons he's purchased from the tinkerer(mainly old Octo-bots) to orchestrate various jewel and bank heists. The Slingers are eventually able to beat him, but only with the help of a returned Doc Ock, enraged his weapons are being used for evil. (He's had an arc, originally, in his appearances, he would be angry that someone else was using his genius, now, he's more mad that his things are being used for evil) They beat Miles uncle and he's arrested. Doc Ock however, still feels he should be on his own for a while after he let his emotions get the better of him and killed Chameleon.

Later, Carnage has returned and is after Peter’s family, so May is staying with the Slingers for her own safety. They go on an adventure in the sewers related to a missing subway train, fight Vermin who happens to be there, discover The Goblin Nation base deep beneath New York that drove Vermin to the surface, and find out the villains kidnapped the subway passengers to experiment on for some new plan, and The Slingers save everyone.

Meanwhile, in

Amazing Spiderman arc 11: Spiderman Industries

First thing to happen will be THE NILBOG STRIKES BACK

In this story, directly  after returning to Earth after the long battle against the Sinister 666 with the Web Warriors, Peter, MJ, and May are abducted by aliens. Before this though, we get to see Jameson has been going overboard with all the news of an invading army of Spider-men occupying Earth 616. Anyway, the heroic family has been summoned by the Galactic Alliance of Spidermen to help battle the Nilbog Empire, led by the alien goblin Lord Samhain. He'll resemble a sith green goblin. His costume has sci fi mixed with fantasy elements, plus his weapons look more Kirbyesque.

This is  a fun sci fi romp that'll last about two issues. Just a fun one off story. What we’ll also be showing though, is Peter kinda avoiding having to deal with the problem of Alchemax, a corporation that is evil in 2099 but just a little corrupt now, wanting to buy his near bankrupt company. This is an underlying problem for him throughout.

Next: Threat or Menace

When he returns to Earth he will have to deal with the two hobgoblin's Kingsley and Ulrich who have used Jackel’s technology to resurrect Mac Gargan and enhance both him and The Human Fly, two villains created by J J Jameson that have a grudge against him. Why? Because in between attacks on Spiderman, Jameson has been also leading a charge against The Goblin Nation( which has become a street level equivalent to hydra, using terror tactics against rival gangs and focusing on inter gang espionage) and the gang violence related to Kingsley and Ulrich trying to take over New York’s criminal underworld. So, Goblin Knight and Goblin King send these two after Jameson.

We'll get a Jameson issue where we explore how he's been doing since my run started. Is anger and feelings of betrayal at Peter really being Spiderman that resulted in a long and angry rant through the Fact channel studios, his anti Spiderman smears of Peter during various scandals due to Peter having spent years lying to his face, an ultimate betrayal to a journalist like Jameson, his still being happy Peter has a family, the day May went to the Fact Channel studios to question why Jameson is always being mean to her dad and his dumbfoundedness and attempts to watch the kid until Peter arrives to pick her up, the awkward meeting with Peter, his dislike of how Peter is raising his daughter as a superhero and the existence of The Slingers(which he sees as a bad influence and a gang)... Basically all this stuff from our story from Jameson's point of view, and the contrast between his dislike of Peter Parker and the Slingers and his journalistic integrity. He kinda dislikes masks in general, he's a fan of the truth, but his anger over this motivates him to become biased. He does however bring up good points. Anyway, Human Fly and Scorpion attack, we learn Jameson considers creating Scorpion his lowest point, his rock bottom as a journalist and a person, the Fact channel building is put on lockdown, Jameson hides in the air vent as the rest of the people in the studio are taken hostage, and Jameson must use the skills he learned in his younger days as “ Jigsaw Jameson” in a diehard style scenario that also involves setting traps for his attackers. He's able to hold them off and protect the hostages long enough for Spiderman to arrive and help him get the hostages out of the building. Jameson will demand Peter take off the mask, there's no reason to be a coward and wear a mask anymore, everyone knows who he is. Just for this mission, Peter decides to do so. He beats the bad guys,(who later escape from police custody) and in the end Jameson and Peter both, for all their differences, feel the same rush of heroism at saving people's lives.

Anyway, Goblin Nation cannot yet attack Peter Parker or  Parker Industries head on due to its protection by SHIELD, but they do however, just as Peter has decided his only option is to become a subsidiary of Alchemex and is ready to sign with Liz Allen, enact numerous attacks against Alchemex plummeting its stock and making the deal fall through. It's been a running theme that everything Peter’s been doing as Spiderman has in some way made his company either lose a product they've spent months working on or lose money, and now it's the final hit. They're going bankrupt. Morbius dreams of getting a cure are crushed. Peter realizes he can't have a business life, a personal life, and a superhero life separately now that his identity is revealed. Everything is just gonna mash together. Then Doc Ock arrives, promising to fix everything since he destroyed Parker Industries the first time.

The plan? Franchising out the Spider-theme into a charitable organization that's funding will be partly used for Parker Industries research into improving the world through technology, and costs of living for employees. The various Spider heroes will all be called Spiderman and Spider-woman as a baseline, with the option of changing to a self chosen names if they so choose (ex. Ghost Spider, Silk) Each hero will have a different portion of the city to protect, and it's not just super heroes. On the lower levels of the organization regular people can use the Spider-man brand to promote charities and foundations that help people throughout New York. Heroes, human or super will use the Spider-man name. This solves the problem in the comics of too many spider characters with the same name existing at the same time. It's perfect.

So, things are going great for Peter, and New Yorkers really love him now, but them Cletus Cassidy/ carnage returns to New York looking to kill Peter Parker’s family now that he knows who they are. Peter sends May off to The Slingers as this is really dangerous, he and MJ fight Carnage, things end up one on one Spider versus Carnage, Spider-Man is losing when...hundreds of New Yorkers dress as Spider-Man, using his weakness to fire and loud noises to confuse Carnage long enough for Mary Jane to get a sonic gun from the Fantastic Four. Carnage decides since he can't figure out which ones Peter he's just going to kill everyone dressed as Spider-Man, Peter struggles to defend New York, who continues to blast music and shoot flares at Carnage despite Peter insisting they go away, Carnage once again is getting the upper hand, JJ Jameson shows up in a news helicopter blasting his voice as loud as possible, he hates Spiderman but he's still going to save Peter. This distracts Carnage long enough for Carnage to be stopped by MJ and the sonic cannon, and the symbiote is separated from him. They pick up May who describes her sewer adventure with the Slingers, and everything seems, after months of battles where Peter is hopelessly in over his head, fighting in space, throughout the multiverse, against villains that are ruining lives like little Normie Osborn, against villains far stronger than him like Carnage, he's feeling great. The city is behind him, he's safe with his family, what could go wrong?

Amazing Spiderman Arc 12: ManiacHatten!

Slingers Arc 7: ManiacHatten!

This story will sorta be a cross between Spider Island and the Web of Shadows game

The Goblin Nation has been paying off guards at the designated supervillain prison, which they've discovered is far easier than attacking the raft and breaking people out. They've brought back Scorpion, Human Fly, and decided to get Aaron Davis under their banner. He could be useful. They need someone to rule a portion of New York’s gangs as a lord in their kingdom, and since Scorpion has experience, he's back as a gang leader. Aaron has been released to steal something for the Goblin Nation, and Human Fly will tag along to monitor him so he can't double cross them. What are they stealing? The Carnage Symbiote! They had planned to get Ana Kravinoff too, but she's been missing for months. Anyway, stuff goes wrong, the symbiote is dropped and accidently unleashed, Aaron Davis Carnage turns against Human Fly, wins the fight, and escapes. For a little while the Carnage Symbiote is in control, the madness of Cletus still connected to it, causing mayhem as it attempts to return to New York and finish off Spiderman. Eventually, Davis, with his analytical personality, is able to cancel out the symbiote’s control, and take control of it, becoming a new version of the Symbiote Basically, he looks like a mouthless and more streamlined Carnage that doesn't have the mouth and has prowler mask looking eyes.

Goblin King, aka Roderick Kingsley, watching how Human Fly was beaten, sends the Goblin Knight, Phil Urich, to battle Aaron with his flaming sword weapon. Miles Morales and Silk will both get involved in the Slingers book, but while this is going on, Scorpion and a team of gangsters will attack the base of The Slingers, having learned its location from a low ranking corrupt SHIELD agent that learned it from Silk, who SHIELD has been using for data on Spider-man related events . Anyway, at the base is currently Ben Reilly, Sarah Stacy, Kaine, and Eddie Brock. All former villains turned heroic, which is why I’ve split the team. Anyway, Scorpion attacks along with his gangsters, mercenaries, and a few of the surviving Rainbow Goblin clones. Plus, it's revealed, another familiar face: Lee Price!( with his head shaved military style because his normal hair in the comics looks ridiculous and too “anime”)

Now, at first, I kinda hated Lee Price in the comics. He has grown on me over time. So, with Lee Price, a lot of people don't like the character, but those that do like him for a few reasons that I’ll double down on in my story. For those who don't know him due to his newness as a character, Lee is ruthless, a badass, and a generally horrible person. He’ll be quiet, methodical, and effective normally, but when he gains more power and control he’ll temporarily allow himself an opportunity to taunt and belittle his foes. He's worse than Eddie Brock in some ways, but at the same time more sane. Apparently in the comics his origin was that he was a poor orphan who developed a lust for power because he had none, and his experiences overseas and as a mercenary increased his ruthlessness in getting power. Not a bad origin story, actually. The Venom Symbiote itself is shown during this fight to be very afraid of being taken over by Lee Price, which is sorta a reversal of the symbiotes history of controlling other people in the past. It improves the symbiote's character. I think the way to really make him an entertaining villain is to play up these aspects more, which will decrease the boredom. Give him an inner monologue I guess. Anyway, Price and Scorpion both manage to use sonic tech to capture the Venom Symbiote, who hates and fears them both because it's trying to be good and  they'll certainly use him for evil. Mac Gargan will take it for himself and promise Lee he’ll get his Symbiote later.

In Amazing Spider Man, Peter will deal with some of Venom’s various spawn’s over the years being captured by groups working for Goblin Nation, battling Rainbow Goblin clones and normal gangsters, and team up with Flash Thompson, aka Agent Anti-Venom.  The symbiotes captured include

Lasher(the green one)
Mania( a venom clone)
Scream(the yellow, red, and brown one)
Phage( the orange one)
Riot(the blue one)
Agony(the purple one)
Scorn(also purple)
Zzxz( genetically different as it actually needs to feed on brains)
Payback(silver energy Symbiote that feeds on bliss)
Toxin(red, still alive somehow)

Venom and Carnage are coming

During this process, we will be led to the lair of the Goblin Nation, where the Goblin King will lock them up for safe keeping. Scorpion, Lee Price, and Goblin Knight/Phil Urich carrying Carnage in a net will arrive, in the chaos of the fight Scorpion will enact his plan, and unleash a powerful ray of energy made from the cloning tech on every Symbiote, taking those he can and unleashing those he can't carry. He will present Lee with some goop from his costume. Scorpion and Lee Price will escape into the night, as will separately Aaron Davis, being chased by Goblin Knight, and Mary Jane will bond with the Scream symbiote, which horrifies Peter who wants to get it off her as soon as possible.

We will learn from the captured Goblin King that each and every symbiote, which he had planned to use for an entirely different plan later, was just genetically modified by Scorpion to asexually produce clones of themselves every few hours.

Peter and MJ decide they need to do a few things with this info. First, leave the Goblin King with police, second, warn the Avengers and Fantastic Four, third, get May from her sleepover with Normie Osborn, and fourth, go see Reed Richards about the Scream Symbiote. Throughout New York people slowly begin to discover symbiotes, bonding with them and using them either for criminal or heroic activity. Aaron Davis discovers his suit is birthing new Carnage clones left and right as he fights Goblin Knight. Eddie Brock struggles to find his lost symbiote, and as things begin to pick up, areas of New York that symbiotes are found in are quarantined. Reed Richards holds a press conference to explain the nature of the symbiotes, they feed on emotion and can heighten the emotions of users, along with the way they are highly addictive, people who have gotten a taste of the Symbiote have often let it consume them and become the most important part of their life.(Eddie Brock)  If they lose it, they'll do anything to get it back(Lee Price, Mac Gargan), but it is possible to fight the influence of the Symbiote and beat the addiction. The longer you have one, the more the addiction grows, if you turn yourself in quickly, a cure is possible. The US government has specialists who can help you. If you see a Symbiote report it, if you are infected, turn yourself in, a cure is possible.

MJ argues with Peter, as she believes that the Scream Symbiote can be controlled by her and used for good. She did get PTSD when Venom first attacked her, but in her opinion it's more the man Eddie Brock that was to be feared than the Symbiote. In this arc we deal with Spider Man's feelings that everything bad a Symbiote has ever done, from the various venom’s murder sprees, to Carnage, to Manhattan being taken over now by symbiotes, is all the result of him bringing the Symbiote back to earth. MJ will reassure him that he didn't know them, which will prompt him to decide that rejecting the Symbiote is where things went wrong, and if he had known what was going to happen, maybe he should have kept it, and contained it within himself, safe from harming others. Mary Jane won't think that's fair because it was using him without his permission, and on the other side, Lee Price, Eddie Brock, and Mac Gargan have all grown to believe that symbiote's aren't actually addictive, all people are only reaching half of their potential and the Symbiote brings you to full power. As more and more symbiotes are created, the entirety of New York will be quarantined, MJ will use Scream to save lives and help people. It's discovered Carnage Symbiote clones drive people insane, and also that the city itself is becoming infected with merging symbiotes, bonding with the landscape itself as a massive hybrid. As time goes on, things get worse and worse, heroes are being infected Eddie Brock is trying to resist bonding with other symbiotes, hoping to get his own back from Gargan. But, his Symbiote is actually growing more and more feral, Gargan affecting its emotions, and making it more of a bloodthirsty brain eating monster.(symbiotes don't actually need or desire to eat brains, that's all Gargan, but he himself blames it on the symbiote)

Several Spider Man supporting characters will become infected, including J Jonah Jameson,  Liz Allen, and multiple avengers. Ongoing stories include Goblin King paying his way out of police custody, but then having to de with symbiote infected New Yorkers hunting him down, Agent Anti-Venom will encounter Lee Price, and we’ll get  to see their relationship.(flash see’s price as a mockery of everything he stands for and a disgrace to the American Military. Scorpion will end up kidnapping Agent Anti-Venom to halt the progression of a chemical being worked on by The FF that will destroy all symbiotes in New York after being distributed as a gas into the clouds. Eddie will end up encountering and in an attempt to protect infected and uninfected innocents, battling Lee Price/Maniac, who has been merging with and consuming symbiotes, gaining more and more power, even becoming able to control others symbiotes in certain cases. His Symbiote should look like he did wearing the venom Symbiote in his first appearance, but larger, and with green instead of black and red replacing white. Brock is able to force him back, angering Price/Maniac at his own inability to kill enemies like Brock and Spiderman. He's not powerful enough, he needs more. He has to have more power. The amount of symbiotes he's using, including Carnages, is driving him deeper into his own mind and past memories. His childhood friend being taken away for being a mutant in the orphanage, his time as a soldier...

Peter and MJ will go after Scorpion, who has remained in the shadowy background most of the story so far, to get Anti-Venom back, where it will be revealed Scorpion has fully corrupted the Symbiote. He, also merging his mind and memories with it fully, the same way Eddie Brock did with it, has used this new info to taunt Spiderman, explaining that his own irresponsibility with the Symbiote led it to all the death it caused. Scorpion looks like he did in Dark Reign, but the art should make him as grotesque as possible. Scorpion will explain to Peter that symbiotes are affected by their hosts as much as humans are by them, and that means he drove his Symbiote to Eddie Brock. Scorpion explains he did this to fully take control of this city, to make it into a place he could rule as the baddest Symbiote of them all, and at the same to turn Peter’s city against him. Watching what happened with Carnage made him sick, and he wants Peter to suffer for what he's done to both him, and the symbiote.

Spiderman is however, able to beat Scorpion by urging the Symbiote to return to him. This is everything the Symbiote has always wanted, and even though Peter has done this trick before and it's always resulted in it being captured right before it can bond with Peter, it has to try again, so it hops back onto Peter, who immediately becomes Black Suit Spiderman and defeats Scorpion. Peter realizes that now that the Symbiote is bonded to him again, it’ll never willingly leave. We learn the Symbiote thinks of Peter as its perfect host and the symbiotic relationship equivalent of a soul mate. Agent Anti Venom tries to goad it into rejoining with him, but even that doesn't work. A side plot will revolve around both Robbie Robertson and Silk’s family trying to get out of the city as things get more chaotic.  Another side plot involves Harry Osborn, using Oscorp weapons, and Liz, in her Symbiote, protecting their children from infected attackers that want revenge after being fired from Alchemex.

While this is going on, May will find and ally with the Slingers, who are trying to help protect Aaron from Maniac, who wants to take his Symbiote and eat him. Aaron and Lee Prize develop an antagonistic relationship as the hunt goes on. Meanwhile, more and more heroes are being infected, and now are being put under the control of Lee Price/Maniac, and the government is discussing air strikes unless the Fantastic Four can complete the cure. What they don't realize is, Lee Price has guessed air strikes are coming, and has flooded the sewers and subways beneath the city with symbiotes, merging the with the very foundation of Manhattan. It's like a disease.

Peter and MJ will head back to the Baxter Building with Agent Anti-Venom, where Parker industries and Avengers scientists also work. Various infected individuals, including an angry Jameson blaming this on Peter. Peter’s wife sticks up for him, explaining this is the fault of the Goblin Nation. Peter begins to enjoy symbiosis, thinking it's not all bad as  he can use this to help people, when the Slingers and a remorseful Aaron Davis(due to what happened with his symbiotes spawn) arrive with a crazed, Carnage infected May. Peter is driven into a mama bear style rage and decides all the symbiotes must be destroyed. Eddie Brock arrives, demanding his suit back, Peter very much would want Brock to take it, but the suit refuses. Eddie is legitimately heartbroken over this. A gaseous cure that will cause all the symbiotes to leave the bodies of those they've bonded to is developed from anti-venom, the weaker young ones like clones will die if they remain in the chemicals too long, but older symbiotes will survive, though they will become sterile(so self cloning stops). The anti-venom Symbiote is almost completely sacrificed in this process, except one vial of it that will only possible be able to return to Flash Thompson. Thompson is however a hero and is willing to sacrifice it. It will release most people, which includes those controlled by symbiotes, those controlled by Price, those who want the Symbiote off, and those who want to keep a Symbiote. This is when Lee Price and an army of Symbiote infected New Yorkers and Avengers under his control attack. May Parker falls under his control as well and attacks her parents. I didn't mention it before, but the reason for Price’s  control is that he has been releasing spores of Symbiote that travel through the air and bond with other symbiotes. She's gotten under control and the FF prepare a plane to release the gas over the city. The Black suit on Peter believes this may kill it, Peter tells it it won't, but the Symbiote begins to become paranoid it's being lied to, and takes over Peter’s body  so it can cling to the plane and sabotage  the release.

Through the intervention of MJ, Peter is stopped, but the Symbiote escapes with him into the sewers in search of a safe place from the gas. The government gets word from the FF they don't need to do any air strikes, and the cure is released. Everything is going great, and most symbiotes dissolve into a liquid state and into the storm drains stronger ones like Carnage, Toxin, Lasher, Mania, and Scream instead just come off their hosts, and are promptly captured by law enforcement. All other symbiotes seem to have been destroyed.  MJ is a bit sad to be rid of such a powerful suit, but she's alright. She kinda understands how Peter felt wearing the Black Suit now. Eddie Brock goes after the Symbiote, and right when things seem to be going great, Lee Price reveals himself as ManiacHatten, having merged with all symbiotes beneath the surface, and once the gas has dispersed, he allows his tendrils to reach out and overtake the city once more. The city has become one with the Symbiote, people are being infected and becoming drones of Lee Price, the few heroes who have managed to avoid transformation must don personalized hazmat suits for this battle as maniac spores are spreading, not just in the city, but over the rivers into different areas of New York. The end of the world is beginning, Lee Price has become a force of nature. Our heroes believe the only way to beat ManiacHatten is to find Lee himself in the sewers and infect him with anti-venom, but Flash’s anti venom suit is pretty much destroyed and he's completely physically drained after the extraction process, so their only option is to somehow get the 1 extra bottle they have left into the heart of ManiacHatten. The only way to get in though, is with The Black suit Symbiote, who returns to tell Peter that it's sorry and thinks that since they're perfect hosts for each other, the Symbiote equivalent of soul mates, it can cancel out ManiacHatten’s influence.

Peter, the remaining uninfected Slingers, and MJ defeat ManiacHatten in an epic battle against a living city, from the highest skyscraper to the lowest subway tunnel. Lee is carted away by SHIELD, a frothing lunatic from his overexertion and the amount of minds in his head. He's expected to recover and return to his normal self eventually, with one difference. Remains of the Hybrid Symbiote he created is now living in his bloodstream.

The Goblin Nation solidifies control over the cities criminal underworld after this major attack left things in shambles, Aaron Davis finds the Carnage Symbiote and takes it to use another day. Scorpion is taken away.

Peter is congratulated and called a hero, even Jameson thanks him, before adding he’s still a lying menace. Peter speaks to the Symbiote, trying to let it down easy by explaining he doesn't want it, he will never want the symbiote, Eddie Brock wants it, and it should go to him. He's sorry, that will never change. He doesn't want it, Brock does. The Symbiote reluctantly agrees to leave, and merges with Brock once more, and they head off to Earth 666, which due to all the magic artifacts stolen from Mysterio’s lair there, had become a cross between Mad Max and Conan the Barbarian. A perfect place for someone with the chaotic good alignment of Eddie Brock to live.

Flash Thompson has lost his Anti-Venom Symbiote, but has found an old friend, Toxin.Andi Benton, a character that was basically Flash’s sidekick, finds her own Symbiote Mania returning to her.

Our Symbiote status quo is now:

Toxin: Agent Toxin
Mania: Andi Benton
Venom: on Earth 666
Carnage: with Aaron Davis
Anti-Venom: Dead
Maniac Hybrid symbiote: inside Lee Price

Scream, Lasher, and potential others are  in SHIELD custody

The Goblin King returns to his throne room, and will look down and discover…. A rose. No, he hasn't won The Bachelor...That's right, next time I want to bring back the Rose! In the vein of classic Spiderman mysteries regarding the identity of Hobgoblin, the Jackal, and the original rose, I’m doing a similar running mystery storyline going on in the background of my next arc, complete with the hobgoblin style twists, tricks, and red herrings.

Next time: KISS FROM A ROSE
