I would've really loved for them to create an alternate dimension of Spider-Men that way we could've possibly seen Tobey and Garfield team up together. That would've been pretty dope. Oh well...but yeah I remember seeing that Venom pic in the upper right in a teaser for the film long ago.

I swear fans don't know what they want at all. I'm really feed up with this extremist behavior. Year ago people were saying how much they HATED Spiderman 3 with a passion, now they want a 3.1 version for closure? Get real! I really prefer the Raimi Trilogy by leaps and bounds over whatever Marc Webb is doing but have to change how react to these movies. MoS....I really wanted an extended version but you think WB will waste time do that it if all extremist do is shout about how awful the movie was?!?!?

Spiderman 3.1 is the movie the people want, but not the movie they deserve!

No, in extended version Venom kills aunt May, and it's said that Sandman daughter can't be cured at all. That's bad. Third film must stay as it is, with hope for little girl and a father who back to his family.

Also, SP3 is already a mess, so it cant hurt to get a 3.1 version.

Never going to happen with the new movies out there. And the symbiote in the mirror scene was cut for a reason, it was sloppily filmed. You could see the actor beneath the mask via the mouth opening. I assume they couldn't manage to digitally alter the scene or were simply too lazy to.
