Well I'm kinda happy they are going the UNKNOWN route!

Gives hope every comic book movie wont have RYAN REYNOLDS or CHRIS EVANS in them lol!

@Ironbat95
I've heard that his casting might shift the film from high school to starting out in college. I'm already getting used to his casting though. As long as he can act, it's okay with me so long as the quality of the film is still good.

P.S.

And if you guys can, please check out my new editorial. This is the first part that I've made since about last week even though I've been working on it for two weeks now. Click here, pretty please?

hmmm...only time will tell i guess.I'm sure this young man has some talent,but I really can't see him as a high school student(more like college) nor do I see him as Peter Parker.
I loved tobey as peter parker! Although I do wished that Sam Raimi would've used more of spidey's comical banter,I believe he basically captured the essence of the character.
I'll give Webb and Garfield a chance,though.Still waaay too soon for this reboot,but the dye is cast.

@wolverinesfury
He's probably just shy or something, he seemed that way in another video interview of his I saw on Youtube. If he didn't want to be Spider-Man he wouldn't have auditioned for the role, it isn't like anyone put a gun to his head and forced him to do it.

Hopefully he has a better sense of humor and comic timing than Toby Macguire. One-liners people!!!!

Hey! I'm happy with the choice! If Logan Lerman was chosen then I would've teared up in glee. But hey! What can ya do? This guy seems really light-hearted and resembles Peter Parker. I wish him good luck for the new trilogy!
