Web-sling through a free-roam Manhattan in the ultimate city playground, as Spider-Man rushes to save New York City from the chaos of a disastrous crime wave. Combined with an original story inspired by the film, the stage is set for Spidey's greatest battle against film villains Electro and Green Goblin, as well as other iconic foes!

We’ve always known that Spider-Man’s most important battle has been within himself: the struggle between the ordinary obligations of Peter Parker and the extraordinary responsibilities of Spider-Man. But in The Amazing Spider-Man 2, Peter Parker finds that a greater conflict lies ahead.

It’s great to be Spider-Man (Andrew Garfield). For Peter Parker, there’s no feeling quite like swinging between skyscrapers, embracing being the hero, and spending time with Gwen (Emma Stone). But being Spider-Man comes at a price: only Spider-Man can protect his fellow New Yorkers from the formidable villains that threaten the city. With the emergence of Electro (Jamie Foxx), Peter must confront a foe far more powerful than he. And as his old friend, Harry Osborn (Dane DeHaan), returns, Peter comes to realize that all of his enemies have one thing in common: OsCorp.

The Amazing Spider-Man 2 features:
Director: Marc Webb
Andrew Garfield as Peter Parker/Spider-Man
Emma Stone as Gwen Stacy
Jamie Foxx as Max Dillon/Electro
Dane DeHaan as Harry Osborn
Sally Field as May Parker
Campbell Scott as Richard Parker
Embeth Davidtz as Mary Parker
Colm Feore as Donald Menken
Paul Giamatti as Aleksei Sytsevich/The Rhino
Chris Cooper as Norman Osborn
Marton Csokas as Dr.Kafka
B.J. Novak as Alistair Smythe
Martin Sheen as Ben Parker
Chris Zylka as Flash Thompson
Denis Leary as Captain George Stacy
Felicity Jones in an unspecified role

The Amazing Spider-Man 2 hits theaters on May 2, 2014.

Yeah,it'll probably suck. Show me gameplay for the next-gen game and I'll be moderately happy.

I actually really liked the mobile game for the last movie. I may give it a shot if it isn't too expensive.

The graphics only just look worse than the Beenox game, which I think says a lot about the latter

Just say Jesse Eisenberg's name five times in front of a mirror. He'll pop up.

Sometimes guys just assume people are banned when somebody disappears for a while. Hell, I remember the last time I went AWOL for a few months somebody told me when I came back that most people just figured I was banned.

Hopefully they don't have that same voice actor from the first one! Damn he was horrible!!

Looking forward to this. The first game was actually pretty good, especially for a mobile game. I could spend hours just webslinging around the city!

I agree about the voice actor being terrible, though. Hopefully they get someone else this time.
