We’ve always known that Spider-Man’s most important battle has been within himself: the struggle between the ordinary obligations of Peter Parker and the extraordinary responsibilities of Spider-Man. But in The Amazing Spider-Man 2, Peter Parker finds that a greater conflict lies ahead.
It’s great to be Spider-Man (Andrew Garfield). For Peter Parker, there’s no feeling quite like swinging between skyscrapers, embracing being the hero, and spending time with Gwen (Emma Stone). But being Spider-Man comes at a price: only Spider-Man can protect his fellow New Yorkers from the formidable villains that threaten the city. With the emergence of Electro (Jamie Foxx), Peter must confront a foe far more powerful than he. And as his old friend, Harry Osborn (Dane DeHaan), returns, Peter comes to realize that all of his enemies have one thing in common: OsCorp.
Directed by Marc Webb, The Amazing Spider-Man 2 is scheduled for release on May 2, 2014!

What if it isn't a mistake? What if it's indeed Norman Osborn instead of Harry Osborn? And why the Goblin in both the tryptich poster and in this minimate figure looks just like Andrew Garfield?

Who is the Goblin?

Seriously, since we got our first glimpse in the Goblin, we haven't hear him talk neither we had a clear look in his face. Sony is doing something I don't think he could pull it off, they turned the Goblin's identity into a mystery, just like in the comics and the Spectacular Spider-Man cartoon. Kudos to them for that.

Webb has something up his sleeve for Goblin I bet. Goblin looks enough like DeHaan to write him off as Gobby himself in the last act of the film. But the name of the sets is evidence that Norman may still be up to something. My guess is that the editing team has cut the trailers with alternate takes to throw us off. Maybe Norman is Goblin. Maybe Harry is. Who knows. I think this is going to be the huge twist at the ending revealing that the Man in the Shadows is behind all of this. It's not too far out to believe the marketing team has done some trickery to surprise us. All we've seen is that one blurry poster that looks like DeHaan mostly. But why would Sony spoil something the creative team wants under wraps based on press and trailers. We also have a close up shot of DeHaans eye which could have been filmed as alternate footage for marketing. I don't know. If anyone else cares to speculate with me go ahead. I'm convinced Goblin will be a twist.

Minimates toys are cute but are mostly a novelty item.. Lol yeah what's up with Rhyno's knee tattoos these particular mini mates look kinda cheesy. I have AoA mini mates and they're spot on to the comic.

@Zauri That's Harry Osborn. The website mistakenly listed him as Norman Osborn.

Norman Osborn is on his death bed. Green Goblin really gets his ass kicked in this movie. His suit is badly damaged.

That's Harry Osborn. Also spoilers i really hope the way Spider-man defeat's Electro with a fire truck hose wont be gimmicky or a let down. I'm still optimistic for TASM 2.

Who know's what's going to happen with in these films but i'm looking forward to it. Also did anyone spot Smythe holding a gun and a briefcase.
