Its still a great looking costume..Amazing 2 looks to be the best of all when it comes to costumes.

wow, now that I actually SEE the suit without nostalgic eyes, the TASM/TASM2 suits are so much better than this.

Loved the first two movies though of the original trilogy

RIGHT?! It's so plain to see that this latest incarnation is so spot on that all other pale in comparison.

It's all about the angles. Everything on the Raimi suits had a hard edge. Down to the square-toed boots. Why the [frick] would Spidey need square-toed boots? Ever?

The Sam Raimi suit was still better. But I think that comes down to the eternal debate. Some people prefer spider-man to be Garfield's figure while others like me prefer the Maguire build. Personally I feel the silver pops out more then the ASM thanks to the silver tone.

But they are both great suits, when you reach perfection, what the hell is there to argue about?

Still a better Spider-Man than the so called "Amazing Spider-Man" they honestly need to bring back Tobey Maguire into the franchise and ditch Andrew Garfield entirely. If they do it Days of Future Past style or some sort of alternate universe that would be awesome.

Spiderman 2 stands as one of the best cbm's ever. I put it just below TDK which is my number one.

Also, that suit will stand the test of time. It's still the most awesome Spidey suit. Have to see TASM 2's suit in action to compare.

@Remy, you're a dumbass. And I say that as a fellow Marvelite. The Raimi Spider-Man trilogy is the biggest CBM trilogy of all-time when it came to box office. It was also critically acclaimed.

The first Amazing Spider Man suit is total garbage.
So glad they decided to go back to the Raimi look but add the big white eyes like the comic books.

Sorry haters,so far Spider-Man 2 is easily the best Spidey movie.
Perhaps the 2nd Amazing can top it..or it may not,time will tell.

Spiderman 2 is one of the best CBM ever. Raimi did a great job on the first two. Fact.
TASM is weak, boring, soulless, a real mess. It's a matter of taste. But if the "Ultimate" kiddos are enjoying the ride, then good luck!
