After
debunking the film's rumored runtime of 1 hr 40 minutes, director/screenwriter David Ayer informed the world, via Twitter, that he's complete post-production work on
Suicide Squad. All that's left now is a bit of VFX touch-up work and the forthcoming DCEU release will be completely done, well ahead of its August release date.
Will Smith leads an ensemble cast that includes Margot Robbie, Violet Davis, Jared Leto, Joel Kinnaman, Jai Courtney, Cara Delevingne, Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje and Ben Affleck.
Suicide Squad arrives in theaters on August 05, 2016.
