UPDATE: Ben Affleck Spotted Arriving In Toronto; Is He Going To Cameo In SUICIDE SQUAD?
Or is The Joker going to show up in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice? Ben Affleck has touched down in Toronto regardless, and the timing is awfully coincidental what with Suicide Squad production kicking off this week. Maybe this explains Zack Snyder's "#cryptic" Tweet...
eTalk has confirmed that Ben Affleck is in Toronto, surely no sheer coincidence when Suicide Squad is now shooting in the city (others seen arriving include Will Smith (Deadshot) and Viola Davis (Amanda Waller)). They even have photos to prove it, and you have to imagine that Affleck's presence is so he can make some sort of cameo appearance in the movie as Batman. We won't post the photos here - they're watermarked and basically just feature Ben Affleck wearing a jacket- but head on over to the site by clicking below if you're particularly curious to check them out.
When Zack Snyder Tweeted out the first official image of The Joker, he added: "Ha ha ha, the joke’s on you Batman… #cryptic" There have been rumours about Waller being obsessed with finding Batman because she views him as the key to tracking down all of the world's metahumans, and whether it's surveillance footage or a flashback to a battle between Batman and The Joker, it definitely looks like the Caped Crusader will be making an appearance in Suicide Squad. On the other hand, based on the image that Jared Leto recently sent out via Instagram, what if this is a scene for Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice? An after-credits scene perhaps? Makes sense...
UPDATE: Forget about just arriving in Toronto. It looks like Affleck is on the set of Suicide Squad...
