Deadline is reporting that comedian Steve Agee has joined the cast of Warner Bros.' upcoming DC Films sequel The Suicide Squad as the voice of King Shark. No word yet on who will portray the villain physically or if he'll be a completely CGI creation.

The move will reunite the Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 and New Girl actor with his former Guardians director James Gunn, who has been enlisted to write and direct the sequel/soft reboot.

Agee joins a star cast that will feature Idris Elba (TBD), Margot Robbie (Harley Quinn), Viola Davis (Amanda Waller), Jai Courtney (Captain Boomerang), Joel Kinnaman (Rick Flagg), David Dastmalchian (Polka-Dot Man), Daniela Melchior (Ratcatcher), Storm Reid (TBD) and Flula Borg (TBD).

Also, according to the report, the first table read is expected to take place on September 11th with principal photography expected to officially commence on September 23 of this calendar year.

This guy was like the worst part of that otherwise great film, lol. Really curious to see where this goes, really dug those two films but I also really disliked Super.

Seeing as I've heard nothing about it I doubt Karen will be back as Katana, but I would enjoy it if she was to return.
