That art is garbage but the story is amazing. This is currently my favorite series out there now.

JRJR is one of my favorites. He may not draw the prettiest character, but he is a great storyteller. An artist's job is to be able to tell a story with pictures and the reader to be able to tell what's going on without the need of word balloons. Not many modern comic artists realize that and only go for the ''pin-up look'' to catch the reader's attention. Which is wrong. That's why he's been working for more than 30 years non-stop, whereas other artists fade with time...

dumb people think art is just shading million muscles you never see in reality and portraiying the faces like in a how to draw book, [frick] you romita is awesome, im not critizicing but david finch does the same face for every man and every woman, and many times he fails at anatomy, but nobody would say anything about it because he fills every page with detail, is cool but romita has style and he is solid, dont look at the bodies, look at the backgrounds youll see he has the same level of quality of any greg capullo or jim lee, he just chooses to draw his way, that is awesome
