The picture shows Johnson in his Superman t-shirt, closely resembling Superman himself, especially the recent interpretation from the comics.
 
The caption can be translated as

#BlackAdamIGKSDITD
 
"Black Adam is gonna kick Superman directly in the d*ck."

Id love to see Black Adam as the villain in a Man of Steel 2 that would be great to see the Rock will be good as him. I Can't wait for the Shazam movie and to see who they cast as the lead Armie Hammer would be my choice for Billy
