he probably will return definitely before the show ends i mean how can you end a superman show without lex

He said he would return for at least an episode when the show was for sure ending. I expect to see him sometime this season.

He doesn't need to be in the Smallville show. He needs to be in Smallville and the new Superman reboot by Chris Nolan. He's just as good as Clancy Brown and deserves a great star treatment.

I hope for the final episode, Lex will finally wear the battle-armor from the comics (something we've never seen in any live-action adaptation of the character) and then when we wears the suit have him fight Clark...and yes...have Clark finally wear the [frick]en Superman-suit. Being that this may be the final episode, they both need to wear their suits that way it can tie in perfectly with the mainstream DC universe and it that way for good.

We all know that lex wears wigs..so why not bring him back in a wig. problem solved :)

GOD I hope he comes back. Know what they should Have done? In Season 5 when Lex is upducted by Brainac to be a vessel for ZOD, and then he came back with super powers, but it didnt last, went back to normal. I THINK, the Lex that came back shoulda been a clone, discovered by Brainac when he was working with Lex. Then, real Lex coulda been stuck on Brainacs ship, to be collected like Brainy does. Of corse, wed never know that until Season 10, BECAUSE Brainac goes to APOKOLIPS to collect that world too, but fails and Darkseid takes the ship, with Lex in it, does whatever he does to Lex. Darkseid finds out that theres a Kryptonian on Earth, and decides to go after him...all the while grooming Lex to be even more Evil than he already was. Thats brings us to season 10, Darkseid is here, Clark as The Blur, failed to stop Darkseid. But, Clark finally realizes what needs to be done, goes to his fortress, gets HIS costume, and then as Superman defeats Darkseid. And before Darkseid is gone, he tells Clark something to the effect of, "You have won the battle, but I never lose a war. I may be gone, but hate lives on, and threw his pressence Darkseid will forever live on...The ultimate evil is not me, but rather someone who hates you more than anyone ever could" AND LEX LUTHOR is back, NOT a clone, but THE real Lex... Thats a bit long winded, but I think it would work pretty good
