DC COMICS CHARACTER AQUAMAN RETURNS WITH HIS WIFE MERA; TOM WELLING DIRECTS AND MICHAL HOGAN (“BATTLESTAR GALACTICA”) GUEST STARS AS COL SLADE. — In an effort to protect the rest of the team, Oliver (Justin Hartley) decides to register for the Vigilante Registration Act to see what the government plans to do with the new law. As he suspected, it was a trap to lure superheroes to an undisclosed location where he is confined to a jail and subjected to a battery of brutal tests under the supervision of Col. Slade (guest star Michael Hogan, “Battlestar Galactica”). Aquaman (guest star Alan Ritchson) and his new wife Mera (guest star Elena Satine) team up with Clark to free Oliver. Lois is frustrated when Clark continues to push aside her offers to help the team and sets out to prove she can play with the big boys. Tom Welling directed the episode written by John Chisolm.

oh well,it is "smallville" i shouldn't expect to much.

did i mention that smallville has ruined my remote controls fast forward button.

yeah,i was trying to get to the five minutes of action that you get in every episode.

i think the show has damaged it through constant use. :D

deadpool@ the show is about the early days of clark kent before he became superman and put on the suit. with that in mind, doesnt it make sense to have the early days of the villians too? Slade started out as a military guy before he became the deathstroke we all know. Same with deadshot being the cowboy guy first. why do you repeatedly think they should have the early days of clark not in costume but have the villians be fully evolved and in costume? i would actually be more upset if they were the current incarnations in full costume as that would be inconsistent with the theme of the show. its all about the early days of the dc universe so i think this incarnation makes perfect sense

and you know whats really wierd? that guy looks exactly like i do when i take my shirt off too. its freaky.

If this is the depiction of Col Slade aka Death stroke ...Pleaase They should LOOK for a another Name...This why DC comics cant make a good movie after the Batman Franchise .. They deviate from the real thing and make it less appealing...They should have turned small vile to Heroes...I will watch the show to send it forth...Season 4 was the bomb

when a show promotes guest heroes they could put a bit more effort into it.

Aquaman gets screwed over all the time so why not on Smallville? Remember, consistency is everything. I just hoep they go back and reshoot the scenes with the "Kick-Ass" costume. Nothing wrong with Aquaman's original threads.
