Nice pics man :D.
You do have to change that pic of Jay's helmet though ;).

And isn't that the ring lying between the lantern and the mask??

Anyway, i hope we get to see a lot more memorabelia :D. And i think this episode has a lot more surprises in store then we think :D.

Geoff johns should just write every episode of Smallville next season. I say NEXT because I want him to finish the incredible stuff hes doing in the comics right now.
Getting more pumped for this every day!

Dinah isn't in the episode, but they have to mention her. She's clearly the daughter of their Black Canary, or at least has some connection to her. Also, about Bart.In his original appearance, he had an I.D. with Jay Garrick as an alias. Then it was just a throwaway line.Just a nod to the character. Now that Jay is part of the series, that means that Bart has some sort of connection to him.On the other hand, it may be just coincidence, seeing as how he said he didn't know where his powers came from.

I am looking forward to this. But I hope that isn't GL's ring in there... I would think these things would be hidden from or for just anybody to grab.

That's Star-Spangled Kid, not Starman. in fact, I'm a little dissapointed that Starman doesn't seem to be on the roster for this.
BubbaDude
BubbaDude - 1/20/2010, 1:36 PM
Indeed, Cp, that is Star Spangled Kid.
Also, Whose KNIFE is that behind GL's Lantern?!?!

Yeah, the Kid wasn't associated with the JSA until the 1970's series, he was a 7 Soldier. He got the Cosmic Rod from Starman when he retired. They do have the main JSAers up there. However, it is curious that they replaced Starman with the Star Spanlged Kid(that's a mouthful !)

@BubbaDude: I was wondering about that knife too. Originally, I thought it was a batarang since it's curved, but I doubt that. Who else used gadgets on the JSA?
freddblob
freddblob - 1/20/2010, 3:16 PM
Yeah it really looks like a batarang but I don't think its one.... And I have another question whats that wooden structure in the back part I cant see what it is

Yeah! its doctor midnights gadget your rigth acces... I hadnt notice alan scott wasn't there... Know could someone tell me whats that wooden thing in the back?
BubbaDude
BubbaDude - 1/20/2010, 7:28 PM
I don't remember Doc Mid-Nite using a knife. He just had blackout bombs...and an owl.

A knife could belong to Hawkman....but that's a very modern knife, and Hawk likes the old stuff.

This episode will be the best one ever, I heard that Hawkman and Green Arrow get into a fight and it ends up bad for Ollie

@TucsonRican: Alan Scott is in the painting. He's just not in one of the close-up pics of it. Look at the full picture. He and Dr. Fate are between Hawgirl and Hourman.

I can't wait to see Hawkman and Green Arrow dish each other out. Hawkman would obviously win. Makes me laugh when I think ablut it.

The painting (sigh) Okay, for a real fan of the JS of A, that painting is soooo wrong on many levels. How, you may ask or not care?
1. Star-Spangled Kid, as stated should not be in this painting. As stated above, he was a member of the Law Legionaires or Seven Soldiers of Victory who were tossed around through Earth's past. He Became a member of the JSA Super Squad #58.
2. Wildcat & Mr. Terrific, Well, it's good to see them as Wildcat only appeared in 2 issues of the original All Star run and Mr. T only appeared once.
3. Black Canary, at the time that the painting was painted roughly, she should of been Wonder Woman, BC joined a little later, give or take.
4. Hawkman & Hawkgirl. Totally screwed up just like in the comics. THat is the modern shit which i hate. The helmet of hawkgirl is the SILVER AGE!
5. Everyone one else is historically correct.

jedibasswatson - 1/21/2010, 12:08 PM
How are they gonna explain black canary ?she was also in season 7 and 8 ?
CP
CP - 1/21/2010, 2:00 PM
@Jedibasswatson: I'm guessing, if they even go into it, the Canary on Smallville will be the daughter of the one in the painting.

Ah! I see him. Good call, CP!

Funny thing to me is, I saw Dr. Fate when I posted that!
