'Eddie Thawne' Has A Proposal For 'Joe West' (And 'Iris') In New Clip From THE FLASH

"The Trap" - Barry (Grant Gustin), Caitlin (Danielle Panabaker), Cisco (Carlos Valdes) and Joe (Jesse L. Martin) set a trap for Wells (Tom Cavanagh). Cisco uses himself as prey which puts him in grave danger. Meanwhile, Eddie (Rick Cosnett) makes a decision regarding Iris (Candice Patton), which leaves Joe a bit unsettled. Steve Shill directed the episode written by Alison Schapker & Brooke Eikmeier.

@sonofBatman

Agree but the irony is if the movie goes rotten than that is one less card the fanboys can play regarding the MCU!

That being said yes RT is not science just people opinions. There are a few critics I would listen to.

@BradyD - Sure you want to use Rotten Tomatoes as your meter? It would piss off a lot of people on this site to know that Man of Steel really is a terrible movie with a 51% rating compared to Superman Returns with 76% and Iron Man 3 with 79%...

The second sneak peek is glorious. Don't know how to embed that video because it's on spoilertv.com

@duey2000

You're just as bad if you actually want to put your trust in RT too. Or, you know....just forget about a silly comment as Brady's when he's trying to stir people up.

Like shit. That's how the cinematic version will turn out.
At best I am hopefully wishing that they make the CU Flash Wally West and not Barry Allen.

I just want to know... is Eddie short for Eobard?

I'm assuming that reaction is post-Eobard Thawn name reveal to Joe. Like "Oh shit, my daughter's going to be ancestor to the Reverse Flash."

Other possibility is that Iris and Barry are back together again or Iris is officially going to break it off with Eddie and that look is an "Oh shit. You're not going to like this" face.

@Shield23

Isn't it obvious. The movie version is going to be dark and gritty and the Flash's suit will just be tattoos covering his body, soaked in blood, with "Not Fast Enough" tattooed on his forehead so that no one will mistaken the movie with the light hearted, fun, "kiddie/faggy" tv show.

Is this scene taking place before or after he confronts his grand grand grand grandson Reverse-flah?

@Suspense

Dude, I can't tell if you're being sarcastic or just mean. And where do people get this "dark and gritty" stuff from. Man of Steel, the first film of the DCCU, wasn't dark and gritty. It was serious and realistic. It was also grounded into a highly dramatic environment.

That's why I thing the DCCU is going to be great. In fact, I'm willing to bet that things, while seeming serious now, are going to gradually become lighter. As a way of showing that the heroes ARE the light in the serious realities and their presence is what is going to change the tone of the DCCU.
