Barry (Grant Gustin) and the team look for another Firestorm match for Dr. Stein (Victor Garber). When the team meets Jefferson “Jax” Jackson (guest star Franz Drameh), Caitlin (Danielle Panabaker) has her reservations about whether Jax is the right match for Dr. Stein. Iris (Candice Patton) surprises Joe (Jesse L. Martin) while Barry and Patty (guest star Shantel VanSanten) grow closer. Stefan Pleszczynski directed the episode written by Kai Yu Wu & Joe Peracchio.

I'm cautiously optimistic about Franz Drameh after seeing next weeks promo. I just hope they eventually figure out some type of suit for him besides just the Tachyon Splicer.

Flash is a perfect example of how fan service is not really a great motivator for a tv series. In other words, yeah we get lots comic book characters and stories but all poorly executed.

I'm not really expecting much of the Flash until around the midseason finale when shit got real last season.

I don't think this poster is official. It uses the Flash picture from the Season 1 finale poster and the same city perspective from the comic con and Arrow season 3 posters. Also, no other sites I have checked have it, they would by now if it was official. It is still kind of cool though.

Why would they create a "New" character named Jax Jackson when not only does Jason Rusch already exist,but his Firestorm was pretty damned interesting,IMO more interesting that Raymond.It seems like these shows make changes for NO reason at all sometimes

@COR3Y, Firestorm flew up and separated in the singularity to close it; only Stein was saved. You would think that after finding out that the singularity was a breach or portal to Earth two, someone would say hey maybe Ronnie is on Earth two?

@OrionPax Jefferson 'Jax' Jackson isn't a new character. He exists in the DC Universe, was a friend of Ronnie Raymond's, and helped him out as Firestorm numerous times.
