I don't know if it was just me or not but when wells was in his chambers he touched the back of his neck and i'm pretty sure there was a scar there, which had me thinking about when Barry guy shot in the neck and had the cut. I'm not certain if there as really a scar there though, or what if he is the barry from the future and the blood on the wall is his and thats why he has a scar on his neck?

@nomis
It wasn't barry that killed his mom. He was trying to stop I presume future thawne, the real one, from killing his mom. This is supported by the fact that the second sample did not have a match, probably because the person whose blood it was hasn't been born yet!

well it may not have been Barry who killed him
There were two sppedsters there, and the man in yellow was one of them. he killed barry's mom. Flashpoint.

or...
That WAS Wells blood, because...

WELLS is BARRY.

both are reasonable to me.

@supes123, in that same scene where Wells was touching his neck, was he also wearing a Flash ring or was that just a wedding ring?

Wells is a mastermind and keeping true to everything he has done, it would seem a lot of his past is fabricated...swapping a blood sample as a counter measure in the police database would be not unlike him ESPECIALLY because if it was in the database...when Eddie signed up to be a cop....Wells would have been a match for blood (in some DNA aspects) seeing as Eobard/Wells is his grandson...that would have raised questions...right?

If I'm not mistaken Barry Allen has a twin brother, so it could be from him instead too.

@BlackIceJoe Eddie's DNA would be on file... *cough* Eddie = Malcolm *cough* ... Eobard's wouldn't for many reasons

Ah thank you sir. I'm still trying to figure RF's endgame here.If memory serves, Thawne wanted to destroy Barry's legacy, then him. So which event in Barry's life will make the house of cards collapse I wonder?

@SymbioteJoker

That's what Wells' endgame is exactly as you said it... but there are two factors involved there...if you'll notice Wells never pushes barry to be "better" as many people claim as their support for him solely being Zolomon...he always pushes him to be faster. I would assume this is because once Barry's speed force energy is strong enough, it would need a counter, thus creating Wells/Eobards negative speed force.

Not to push my own write up on you...but I have done my research and know my Flash facts...compiled them into one of the better (if I may say so) "theories" but it is also based in solid Flash fact....hope it helps

Maybe Barry snaps RF's neck and he goes on trial for it?

Barry didn't kill his mom he had to choice between his mom and himself. barry carried himself a couple blocks away.
