A new clip has been released from tonight's episode of The Flash, and Harrison Wells is extremely concerned about Barry's trip back in time. Why? Well, it's all to do with the future and those mysterious red skies. We now have a clip featuring Captain Cold and Golden Glider!

CAPTAIN COLD AND HEAT WAVE RETURN TO CENTRAL CITY; PEYTON LIST GUEST STARS AS LISA SNART — The Flash (Grant Gustin) learns that Captain Cold (guest star Wentworth Miller) and Heat Wave (guest star Dominic Purcell) have returned to Central City. This time Snart has brought along his baby sister Lisa (guest star Peyton List) to help wreak havoc on the city. John Behring directed the episode with story by Grainne Godfree and teleplay by Brooke Eikmeier & Kai Yu Wu.

I get that Wells is really Thawne, but why does his computer "Gideon", who seems to be aware of what Wells is planning, call him "dr. wells"? Was there a real Dr. Wells vs just being a play on HG Wells? If somebody finds the secret computer, the secret about identity should be pretty much out?

My current guess is that RF was traveling in time "on the highway" and while he was out he discovered that the world he knew was destroyed. He tracked through time to the point that set it up and that was no flash- Barry saved his mom/his dad was The Flash and quit to become normal. Again, his dad just seemed way too mellow about the "Man in Yellow"

@Notgodgrodd - I agree. I think Barry’s dad is the pink elephant in the room that nobody is really talking about. He will play a bigger role in terms of how things pan out in future episodes.

My question is...If THIS Barry goes back to the past, why does Dr. Wells tell him to do everything the way he did it. Why not just sit back and let the current Barry of THAT particular time do everything.
