Likely used in the art book based on Marvel and Kenneth Branagh cinematic adaptation of Thor, more conceptual designs for the God of Thunder and his Warriors Three have hit the net. However, more interestingly, the art also features Balder the Brave, a well-known Asgardian who didn't make the final cut. And theres initial designs for an African American Goddess of War, Sif, likely considered to keep the mythology of her brother Heimdall, Guardian of the Bifrost, respectively accurate.

With THOR 2 slated for theaters July 26, 2013, hopefully Balder the Brave will be included this time around. What do you think?
