Tom Hiddleston SDCC Loki

There was a collective gasp on the internet when footage descriptions of the Thor: The Dark World panel from SDCC surfaced which concluded with a report on a scene where Loki apparently sliced off Thor's hand. However, when questioned about that moment recently, actor Tom Hiddleston gave this warning. "I couldn’t possibly tell you. But I would say be very careful with your suppositions. People are so quick to jump. That’s what I love about playing the character. People are so quick to draw conclusions about who he is. The whole thing about Loki is that he’s dancing on this liminal line between redemption and destruction. Just be very careful about drawing conclusions based on what you see."

So excited for this movie. And yeah, I agree , I'd like to see Red Skull again even if is played by another actor, besides, he kind of like...didn't die in CATFA,he went through the same portal Loki did, right? But for some reason something tells me we won't see him again, he already played his part in Phase 1 and I don't think they will bring him back for Phase 2 OR Phase 3 either, especially if he doesn't really have a reason to be there.

Every movie should have a new villain! There is no point to fight the same ones over and over again! Except for Loki. Because Tom is hot. Sorry for the fangirling, I didn't want to but... Well... Hiddleston... He is awesome!

@NPaMusic I know they do, but many people (actually just girls) wanted Loki to come back for AoU. I know Tom was an awesome Loki, the best villain after Ledger's Joker but we really have to move on! It would be great if he turned into woman and pretended to be Scarlet Witch, like the comics but he can't be in another Avengers movie. Maybe just Thor movies, but I don't think they will make a third one anyway... He might even die in TDW!

What's the excuse this time? Did we see a screening early? Lemme guess, not your fault the rest of us couldn't make it to the screening?

Kind of a mega spoiler here in the HEADLINE.

I will bet u anything its one of Loki's illusions to Malekith making him think Loki has betrayed Thor when from a distance Loki and Thor just watch on.

Kind of like his illusion in Thor when the Frost Giant leapt at him and when Thor did the same and got trapped in the cell in The Avengers.
