Rethink Your Heroes In New TRANSFORMERS: THE LAST KNIGHT TV Spot

It seems a possessed Optimus Prime won't be the only thing the Autobots have to contend with as official footage from Paramount reveals Megatron. Will he actually be fighting to stop Optimus and Unicron?

The cinematic Decepticon just will not stay dead. Despite numerous defeats and on-screen deaths at the hands of Optimus Prime, Megatron will indeed be back for Michael Bay's swan song, Transformers: The Last Knight.  This actually shouldn't be too surprising as Michael Bay and Paramount released concept art for Megatron during the film's production this past Summer.

Of particular interest is the fact that Megatron's eyes are red as opposed to Optimus Prime's purple.  Those steeped in Transformers lore know that Optimus' new eye color is a sign that he's bee corrupted by Dark Energon, a byproduct of Unicron's energy emission.  With the Galactus inspired world-devourer en route to Earth, could Megtron actually be an ally of sorts for the remaining Autbots on Earth?
