Over the weekend, Stanley Tucci was in Deauville, France where he was honored with a tribute celebrating his illustrious career, which has seen him earn an Academy Award-nomination, two Golden Globes, two Primetime Emmys, and much, much more.

During the event, Tucci spoke on his upcoming commitments and revealed that he will in fact be reprising his role as Joshua Joyce, the head of Kinetic Solutions Incorporated, in Michael Bay's next blockbuster, Transformers: The Last Knight - which makes him the second cast member, after star Mark Wahlberg (Deepwater Horizon), to return from 2014's Age of Extinction. The ending of that film saw Tucci's character align with Wahlberg's Cade Yeager and the Autobots, so expect his story to pick up not long after.

The human cast is headlined by Wahlberg, who's joined by original trilogy stars Josh Duhamel (11.22.63) & Tyrese Gibson (Fast 8) and a number of franchise newcomers, including Isabela Moner (100 Things To Do Before High School), Jerrod Carmichael (Neighbors 2: Soroity Rising), Anthony Hopkins (Thor: Ragnarok), Mitch Pileggi (The X-Files), Santiago Cabrera (Heroes), and Liam Garrigan (Once Upon A Time).

So, what do you guys think? Sound off with your thoughts below!

Transformers: The Last Knight is the upcoming fifth film in the live-action film series, currently expected to be released June 23, 2017. He was so clearly sleepwalking through the last one, and even then he was still one of the three even remotely likable things about the last one (the others being Wahlberg and T.J. Miller, who were also sleepwalking), so... sure.
