MOIRA FIGHTS FOR HER LIFE; THE COUNT RETURNS — Oliver (Stephen Amell) is concerned when a mysterious illness sweeps the city, infecting hundreds of people, including Diggle (David Ramsey). Oliver discovers Vertigo in Diggle’s blood and realizes The Count (guest star Seth Gabel) has broken out of prison and is once again distributing his drug. Meanwhile, Moira (Susanna Thompson) goes on trial for her participation in the Undertaking. ADA Adam Donner (guest star Dylan Bruce) collapses in court with Vertigo symptoms so Laurel (Katie Cassidy) must step in and try the case against Moira. Oliver is torn between standing by his family during the trial and catching The Count. However, things change when Felicity (Emily Bett Rickards) follows a lead and walks straight into a trap set by The Count. Bethany Rooney directed the episode written by Marc Guggenheim & Drew Z. Greenberg.

Great show, I am really hoping Count Vertigo got some sort of powers from the drug overdose but I highly doubt it.

Isabel Rochev basically forced her body on him.

Epic. Felicity Smoak is getting jealous.

Roy is getting a little more attached to Green Arrow & not listening to him. Also Epic.

H.I.V.E.

Amanda Waller

Deadshot lives - They can't kill him off because he's going to end up on the Suicide Squad.

We confirmed Slade has half his face burned. Professor Ivo will most likely give Slade that healing power.

Remember how he said those prisoners are his work?

Maybe each subject reacts differently to the same drug.

Remember Brother Blood saying this drug is a miracle?

Professor Ivo said the same thing about WW2 Super Soldiers drug. It's a Miracle.

If Grant kills it as Flash, then I think them mixing the universes is a lock

Oliver should have put an arrow in the counts face when he had the chance.

@ soforizo

No I agree it is risky to take this route if they do it. Though if most of the TV characters do not play a major role in the movies than it should be fine.

DC is definitely in the right direction and it seems to hold a lot of weight on this show bringing in the rest of the DC universe besides the big three, can't wait to see flash and hopefully the actor does well

Would love to see Amell's Arrow as step up as the Emerald Archer in a JL movie, I would be worried about casting a member of the Glee cast but it's ARROW & they are doing a sick job right now!!! I look forward to wednesdays so much right now!!!

Awesome! I love the fact that the Count is back, that his senses have apparently returned to him, and that he's now going by the name "Count Vertigo"!

Can't wait to see this episode-- it looks spectacular!

I have to give it to Arrow for stopping the whole Marvel vs. DC fanboy war.

Marvelites can't say a damn thing about Arrow. It's brilliant! This is what CBM and CBT's should be in evey way possible.

Close to the source material but has it's own mythology at the same time.

The head writers for this show should be spearheading the entire DCCU and DCTU. They totally get it and I can't wait to see what they do with the Flash.

If Daredevil is half as good as Arrow, Marvel's won in my book.

Take notes

Why....Why....Why...Why is he trying to be like the joker so much...that just bugs me...I don't like this guy in this show. I hope it will be as good as every other episode of this show.

People keep saying he's trying to be like the Joker but I don't see that at all.

He's just an eccentric nut job like all the other loons in the city.

He doesn't have a Glasgow smile.

He's not running around with knives and setting everything on fire.

He's not shaking his head erratically out side of a police car.

What are ya'll on? Not everything good that comes from DC is Nolan inspired.

As a matter of fact, none of this is because Nolan never wanted a shared universe anyway. His idea of compromise on that fact was when he shoehorned the whole "Robin" bullshit on the character with down-syndrome played by Joseph-Gordon Levitt.

Vertigo is the most annoying villain in Arrows young rogues gallery. But the SOB has grown on me. Bring on Barry, its time to get this DCU started!

So was it Isabel who Fliers was taking to on the phone in a scene from last season. I remember during the conversation that they showed a man in a suit then the camera pulled back to show the legs of a woman sitting at a desk.

Loving the show. Been a fan of GA for quite a few years now. Year One is one of my favorite graphic novels I own. Really cool to see how much they expanded on the island for Ollie... Love it!

Why would anybody not want the show connect to the cinematic universe? DC movies and shows have been so stand-alone so far, surely it's time to start integrating.

First time poster, by the way. I prefer DC characters to Marvel, but love the way Marvel has set about creating the Universe. DC doesn't have the whole studio split thing though. If it gets its act together, integrates everything, then it can still come out on top IMO.

I understand the desire to have everything woven together but honestly are all comic arcs continuous. Whats so wrong with having a different story arc with one media to the next. Are we that simple minded that it would just confuse the hell out of us. I have no problem keeping tv separate from cinema. Just as long as the stories are interesting. I do believe that Arrow might have missed a golden opprotunity to insert Bruce Wayne. How cool would that have been if it was BW and not Walter Steele bailing Queen Consolidated out.
