ARROW Star Colton Haynes Teases Season 2's Superhero Team

Season 1 of Arrow love it or hate it, you have to admit it was pretty epic. I for one love the show, but now Colton Haynes who plays Roy Harper (who in the comics becomes Speedy, Green Arrow's side kick) has teased season 2. He says season 2 will include "some of DC's most important characters", while he doesn't say who will be popping up, I think Ryan Reynolds's Green Lantern is a huge possibility. Colton then says "Ryan (Reynolds), I don't know if you're watching, but maybe you and Blake (Lively) are watching... Come join our show!"

Just wishful thinking on his part, but I have to think after the Green Lantern movie that Warner Bros will probably include the John Stewart GL in the Justice League movie instead of Hal Jordan.

I would love it if diggle was revealed to be John Stewart. It would obviously be very diff from the comic books but it would make my inner fan boy very happy.

I'd love for Armell to be Arrow in the DCCU proper. While I do find a lot of it lacking an extreme amount of comicbookness, but that fantasy side could slowly be introduced akin to GoT.

I would like to see arrow as the starter point of justice league or dc universe along with man of steel.will ARROW will hint a posibility,or maybe a hint of the superman existance?maybe at the end of season 2,they could do some scene where diggle watching the news from the ollie's base about the mass destruction in smallville/metropolis by a group of humanoid/alien dressing a black with some sort of S logo on their chest.

NO WAY GL will be on ARROW....MAYBE Hal Jordan but NO WAY GL.
WB has policies against that. Same reason the gL animated Series never saw a bad Sinestro.
but even if they changed that stupid policy, they could never afford the CGI suit for TV

i wonder if they could get tom welling to make an appreance i know they want to keep it away from the smallville arrow , but i think it could still work.
and if not welling im sure they could get brandon routh and im sure either way it would be clark kent and not superman.

Arrow is hit and miss but at least its making some progress for DC. With a hopeful 2015 movie premier, DC's best option for Justice League success is to introduce their characters on TV. After MOS is sucessful (fingers crossed) they should put out a few one shots for the rest of the original 7. Top notch actors ,writers & directors are working on the small screen these days, there's no reason why they couldn't cast the actors they'd like to see in the movie for tv roles! Increasing the TV budget to yield a higher quality show would still be a fraction of the cost of a full length movie.
