On tomorrow night's installment of Arrow, Oliver Queen assembles his new recruits to embark on a secret mission to bust Diggle out of prison, and The CW has released a new batch of promo images which give us great new glimpses of Team Arrow fully suited-up.

“Penance” — (8:00-9:00 p.m. ET) (TV-14, LV) (HDTV) OLIVER STEPS IN FOR DIGGLE —

Oliver (Stephen Amell) and Lyla (guest star Audrey Marie Anderson) team up on a secret mission for Diggle (David Ramsey). Felicity (Emily Bett Rickards) finds out and disapproves of the plan and opts to stay behind. When Tobias Church (guest star Chad L. Coleman) launches a deadly assault against the city, Felicity must decide if she wants to send the recruits out sans the Green Arrow.

I've always hated Mr Terrific's face T thing, but they seem to have done it well in live-action.

@minimal @BrettMan - Yea, i think it looks much better than expected as well. But i'll have to agree with Brettman, he's pretty much male Felicity. Not a badass martial artist, no t-spheres, and hasn't displayed his insane learning ability....basically, nerfed.

@Talontd - My biggest issue is his backstory being wiped out. I've said it before on here, and I'll say it again. Mr. Terrific is a character motivated by tragedy. He made his pregnant wife late for church one morning after arguing with her about the relevance of religion, and on her way there, she is killed. He feels responsible, and owns up to it, becoming a bad-A mofo. Now the guy on Arrow, gay or not, has nothing going for him character-wise other than male Felicity. That's not Mr. Terrific, that's an abomination. (again, nothing to do with the gayness (although that's not helping), it's just a poorly written character)
