Though she may be currently confined to a wheelchair, Arrow's Felicity Smoak (aka Overwatch) may soon have her own superhero costume. "That's definitely in the mix," says Emily Bett Rickards. Though the lovely actress is hoping for one not made of leather.

In the latest new episode of DC All Access, host Tiffany Smith spoke with Emily Bett Rickards about her role as Felicity Smoak on The CW's Arrow. Interestingly enough, Rickards hinted that a costume may be in the works for Team Arrow's computer genius.

Theres a fem things they can do to make her character better. Get her out of the chair (nanotechnology, Laz pit or something) get her in costume, get her training (look how bad ass Laurel is now) and get her in the field. A lot of the "hacking" stuff can be done on a mobile device. I'm sure Palmer tech has an advanced portable computer.

Maybe Felicity & Oliver defeat/stop Felicity's dad and he realizes the err of his ways. Or they convince him to turn over a new leaf and he agrees. And to right his wrongs, he decides to pledge allegiance to Team Arrow (good) and use his skills/talents to defeat evil. He becomes like Arrow's Wells, he can hold down the fort while Team Arrow is in the field and talk hacker/nerd stuff Felicity. And he can start to rebuild his relationship with her.

OR, they could have Curtis take the helm Arrow HQ while Team Arrow does their thing. It'd give his character more to do & be more involved. Plus, I like the actor/character.

I love Felicity. I don't see why people hate her so much. She's clearly about to split up with Oliver, so that's not a worry anymore. Once they're broke up, they can finally bring in Rex Tyler, the Hourman as her new squeeze.
