Next week's penultimate season 2 episode of Gotham not only resurrects Fish Mooney, but introduces one of Batman's most popular villains: Clayface.

Brian McManamon will guest star as Basil Karlo, and as you can see from the image, there's not going to be a long period of getting to know the character before he undergoes his horrific transformation - Hugo Strange is straight on the case.

Seeing all these fully established villains literally decades before Batman exists..... just feels like it's f''ing too much with the mythology.

I gotta be against the show on principle, just doesn't feel like cannon.

I stopped watching around the middle of season 1 when it just became too hilariously OTT.. and man do I see they've taken it to a whole new level now.
