New GOTHAM Trailer: "The Good, The Evil, The Beginning"

THR have just debuted this new 45-second trailer for Fox's Batman prequel series, which features Jim Gordon (Ben McKenzie) narrating his walk to a familiar looking crime scene, while the various Gotham City villains-to-be look on. Take a look after the jump.

The series follows one cop, destined for greatness, as he navigates a dangerously corrupt city teetering between good and evil, and chronicles the rise of the great DC Comics Super-Villains and vigilantes. The entirely new, untold chapter comes from executive producer/writer Bruno Heller (“The Mentalist,” “Rome”) and stars Ben McKenzie (“Southland,” “The O.C.”), Donal Logue (“Vikings,” “Sons of Anarchy”) and Jada Pinkett Smith (“Hawthorne,” “Collateral”).

Gotham kicks off Monday, September 22.

Am I the only one who saw it? Yuck... take a typical cop drama and add iconic names to a bunch of over actors and that's what you get. And the highlight I swear, is jada pinkett. That's how lackluster. Mark my words as well

How about a BLUDHAVEN show? or The Question? or anything where the outcome is pre-determined ?
Gordon fails. done. show over. why? because that's why BATMAN is necessary. Why does anyone want to see a show that already has an ending that cannot change? Gotham PD fails, city goes to shit. ENTER BATMAN. I don't need 24 episodes to get to that outcome.

Ok Philip then Fox will pencil you in as a loyal viewer for this and another show they are working on called Zetas- its all about Lois Lane in college and her sorority adventures....oh wait boys might actually want that ;)
