Max has shared a new poster for Harley Quinn season 4 (via Toonado.com) ahead of its return to the streaming service on July 27.
On that, we see Harley Quinn (Kaley Cuoco) and Poison Ivy (Lake Bell) lead the charge on a "SpaceLex" spaceship (yes, that design is exactly what you think it is) as Clayface (Alan Tudyk) and King Shark (Ron Funches) hang on for dear life. The tagline, meanwhile, promises this is "Not Your Average Joyride."
Since first premiering in 2019, Harley Quinn has become a huge hit, with the title character's R-Rated antics making the animated series a firm favourite among comic book fans. Unlike what we've seen in the DCEU, the show has also explored Harley's romantic relationship with Ivy.
While we don't currently have a confirmed cast list and plot synopsis for season 4, we do know Workaholics alum Sarah Peters (who has previously served as a writer and consulting producer on the show) is Harley Quinn's new showrunner.
Creators Patrick Schumacker and Justin Halpern are stepping back from that role, though have previously given Peters their seal of approval.
It's unclear what sort of future Harley Quinn will have under DC Studios' watch, especially as James Gunn and Peter Safran want the same actors playing these DC Comics characters across all forms of media.
Gunn has strongly hinted Margot Robbie will be the DCU's Harley, likely meaning this show's days are numbered (we're guessing the planned spin-off Kite Man: Hell Yeah! could also fall by the wayside).
Check out the poster for Harley Quinn season 4 below and keep checking back here for updates as we'll likely have a trailer in the coming days as well.
