HARLEY QUINN Embraces Her Crazy Side In This NSFW New Look At The DC Universe Animated Series
A new behind-the-scenes featurette for DC Universe's upcoming Harley Quinn animated series is now online, and with it comes plenty of fresh footage of "Gotham's Queenpin" in action. Check it out...
DC Universe (via IGN) has released a new behind-the-scenes featurette for the upcoming Harley Quinn animated series, and in addition to some interview clips with voice cast members such as Kaley Cuoco (Harley), Lake Bell (Poison Ivy) and Alan Tudyk, we get a new look at Miss Quinn and co. in action.
The new series wears its R-rating proudly on its sleeve, and this vid contains a bit of swearing (no F-bombs, but they will fly in the actual show) along with some brutal and bloody action as Harley sets out to make it very clear to Gotham's underworld that she's more than just "The Joker's girlfriend."
Harley Quinn will also feature Jim Rash as The Riddler, Ron Funches as King Shark, J.B. Smoove as Frank the Plant, Tony Hale as Dr. Psycho, Giancarlo Esposito as Lex Luthor, Christopher Meloni as Commissioner Gordon, Jacob Tremblay as Robin/Damian Wayne, and Diedrich Bader as Batman.
The adult animated series will premiere on the DC Universe streaming service in October.
