As most have guessed, the two options for Sara (Caity Lotz) to return to life to join Rip Hunter's (Arthur Darvill) Legends of Tomorrow team of time-traverles are via Ra's al Ghul's Lazarus Pit or if Hunter simply plucks Sara from the timeline prior to her death. To find out which route the show is taking, click the Spoiler Button below.

When heroes alone are not enough… the world needs legends. Having seen the future, one he will desperately try to prevent from happening, time-traveling rogue Rip Hunter is tasked with assembling a disparate group of both heroes and villains to confront an unstoppable threat — one in which not only is the planet at stake, but all of time itself. Can this ragtag team defeat an immortal threat unlike anything they have ever known? DC’S LEGENDS OF TOMORROW stars Victor Garber (“The Flash,” “Alias”); Brandon Routh (“Arrow,” “Superman Returns”); Arthur Darvill (“Doctor Who”); Caity Lotz (“Arrow”); Ciarra Renee (“Pippin”); Franz Drameh (“Edge of Tomorrow”); with Dominic Purcell (“The Flash,” “Prison Break”); and Wentworth Miller (“The Flash,” “Prison Break”). Based on the characters from DC Comics, DC’S LEGENDS OF TOMORROW is from Bonanza Productions Inc. in association with Berlanti Productions and Warner Bros. Television, with executive producers Greg Berlanti (“Arrow,” “The Flash,” upcoming “Pan”), Marc Guggenheim (“Arrow,” “Eli Stone,” “Percy Jackson: Sea of Monsters”), Andrew Kreisberg (“Arrow,” “The Flash,” “Eli Stone,” “Warehouse 13”) and Sarah Schechter (“Arrow,” “The Flash,” upcoming “Pan”).

I hope someone drains the Lazarus Pit so that when Felicity gets killed in the Season 4 Arrow, she will stay dead forever.

Nothing against the character or actor but I prefer her to stay dead as shes already died on the boat, died on the island, went away with the league, came back and died.

Yeah always hated that they killed Sarah anyways and the fact that Laurel would never tell her dad was a major tip off.

They should've killed Laurel.

Plucking her from earlier in the timeline would have been more interesting ... using the Lazarus on a decomposing corpse is pretty ... morbid. Not to mention, at some point, that thing shouldn't work anymore. Hell, next thing you know, they will use that thing every time they want to bring someone back because they're out of ideas. Look everyone! Maseo's back!

Rip Hunter takes her to the Lazarus Pit. Or Jay Johnson.

Also is no one going to complain about the death and returns in the CW universe? I mean people love to complain about it in the MCU.

Sarah is coming back
Thea came back with a Lazarus Pit
Roy's death turned out to be a fake
Cisco's death was erased
Firestorm was "dead"

"no one going to complain"...Well, you just did.
I do agree it's getting ridiculous. If Tommy comes back...-_-*

The Flash deaths you mentioned seem far more beneficial.
Cisco's death aided in the realization of time travel.
The only "Firestorm" death I recall is that all metahumans seemed to flat-line before they get their powers after the Star Labs explosion.
So which "death" are you referring to?

Rip tells her she is going to die and gives her some sort of healing serum from the future. They bury her and Rip comes back to exhume her corpse.

"You're late!"

"Actually I'm right on time. That's the beauty of time travel."

"They have stylist's in the future?"

"This is me blending in... You're a very grumpy corpse you know that?"

"Sorry, Miracle Max. I've been mostly dead all week."

If i wasn't aware of Ras being turned into ash at some point and his ashes being dumped into the pit and it was able to regenerate him and bring back to life i would call b.s.

Sara would be very rotten by then, but as i said above.

Exactly! For some reason, no one is addressing this, not even on the Arrow After Show on youtube. The writers have dropped the ball too many times, now. Also, did you notice how, an ep back, Black Canary took on 3 League of Assassin members and won? THREE!!!! lol.
ManDeth
ManDeth - 5/15/2015, 8:54 AM
@Luminus The show has turned the League of Assassins into the generic, faceless goons who go down easy such as; Cobra Troopers, Hydra, Foot Clan, League Of Shadows, Stormtroopers.

Laurel and Thea got a couple months training and now they are greater athletes than any lifelong, Olympian, boxer, MMA fighter or martial artist. It's impossible for any "Master" to train 2 non athletic brats to be super experts in just a few months.

Not only is Arrow total bullshit, it pisses on the martial arts. It takes years of dedication, sacrifice and hard training to be a great martial artist. On Arrow it's as easy as learning to cook.
