It's been a pretty eventful day for the Legends as not only did they get a new teammate for a potential fourth season, but they also delivered arguably their best episode of the year.

Next week, the series revists the big Ava (Jes Macallan) mystery as we finally learn about her dark and disturbing secret and based on the new promo, it looks like she may very well be a robot of some sort as we see several of her clones inhabiting their own city.

Meanwhile, Zari (Tala Ashe) begins training Mick (Dominic Purcell) in the art of Totem-bearing as he attempts to control the power of the mighty Fire Totem while Nate (Nick Zano) and Wally (Keiynan Lonsdale) head off on their own mission, which, of course, goes horribly, horribly wrong.

Watch the new promo for episode sixteen, titled "I, Ava," below:

"I, Ava" - (8:00-9:00 p.m. ET) (Content Rating TBD) (HDTV)

SEEING DOUBLE - When Ava (guest star Jes Macallan) disappears, Sara (Caity Lotz) and Ray (Brandon Routh) set out to find her after some prodding from Time Bureau agent Gary (guest star Adam Tsekhman) and a disturbing truth about Ava. Amaya (Maisie Richardson-Sellers) tasks Zari (Tala Ashe) with helping train Rory (Dominic Purcell) in controlling his own Totem power. Meanwhile, Nate (Nick Zano) and Wally (Keiynan Lonsdale) set out on a mission that goes awry when they pair with an unlikely person to try and get a Totem. Dean Choe directed the episode written by Ray Utarnachitt & Daphne Miles (#316). Original airdate 3/26/2018.

After defeating the Legion of Doom, DC’s Legends of Tomorrow face a new existential threat created by their actions at the end of last season. By revisiting a moment in time they’d already participated in, they’ve essentially fractured the timeline and created anachronisms all across time! Our team must find a way to return all the anachronisms to their original timelines before the time stream falls apart. But before our Legends can jump back into action, Rip Hunter and his newly established Time Bureau call their methods into question and disband the team. Challenging the Time Bureau’s authority, they recruit a hacker from the future, Zari Tomaz and continue their time travelling shenanigans, while insisting that however messy their methods may be, some problems are beyond the Bureau’s capabilities. Some problems can only be fixed by Legends.

Legends Of Tomorrow features:
Brandon Routh as Dr. Ray Palmer/The Atom
Victor Garber as Professor Martin Stein/Firestorm
Caity Lotz as Sara Lance/White Canary
Franz Drameh as Jefferson "Jax" Jackson/Firestorm
Dominic Purcell as Mick Rory/Heat Wave
Maisie Richardson-Sellers as Amaya Jiwe/Vixen
Nick Zano as Dr. Nate Heywood/Commander Steel
Amy Pemberton as Gideon
Tala Ashe as Zari Adrianna Tomaz
Keiynan Lonsdale as Wally West/Kid-Flash
Arthur Darvill as Rip Hunter
Jes Macallan as Ava Sharpe
Tracy Ifeachor as Kuasa
Neal McDonough as Damien Darhk
Courtney Ford as Eleanor Darhk
Wentworth Miller as Leo Snart/Citizen Cold
Matt Ryan as John Constantine

Legends Of Tomorrow returns with an all-new episode March 26

Pretty great episode tonight! One of the best of the season (I would still give the Damien episode a couple weeks ago that spot, but tonight was great). And more than that, this was a great episode for both Sarah and Constantine. First, Sarah was a real badass even while possessed, some really nice fights. Some good depth and development for her character, was nice to see her fight the totem. And Constantine, well what is there not to love about Constantine!?! I really liked this episode with him better than the other one this season, and this is another strong case for him joining the team. Also, they freaking hint at him joining the Legends!! Love that reference. Lots of really great jokes, especially with Constantine. And Gary with the DND stuff, lol!

There were a lot of really neat easter eggs and call backs for many of the characters, even to previous seasons. This was a very self aware episode, really loved that. And with every character (except maybe Ray since he was out for the count early) having a responsibility or fighting either Sarah or a demon of theirs, it was a very good episode for everyone.

I'm a little surprised that Sarah turned her back on Ava after all she had done for her, probably my only gripe for the episode. Especially after John had told her not to hurt Ava. I know that Sarah feels she is protecting Ava by turning her away, but those kinds of situations always hurt the person on the receiving end.

Next week looks like a really fun, great episode. Can't wait!

Also, love the Beebo reference. All hail Beebo, our lord and savior! I'd love to see a Constantine episode featuring Beebo.

@Doomsday8888 - such a great Constantine episode, I mean Legends episode! He really fit in very well with the cast on this one. For me, the MVPs of the episode were Sarah and Constantine.

@PrincessLeather - I loved that part because of it being a massive tease for him joining them next season.

@HeavyMetal4Life - It has to be in the works! He'd make a great addition to the team. He and Rip can be "The Coat Brothers"
