Rip (Arthur Darvill) tells the team they are headed to the future to take out a powerful ally that Savage (guest star Casper Crump) needs in order to conquer the world. However, when Rip reveals the ally is a 14 year-old boy (guest star Cory Gruter-Andrew) who will one day grow into an evil dictator, the team is split about the morality of killing a child, even if it does save the world. Meanwhile, Sara (Caity Lotz) talks Snart (Wentworth Miller) through a rough patch and Ray (Brandon Routh) learns something that could impact his future with Kendra (Ciara Renée). David Geddes directed the episode written by Phil Klemmer and Marc Guggenheim.

Probably the best episode so imo. Mick being Chronos (Kronos?) was an awesome twist. Only problem was Jax sucker punching that assassin. the league of assassins really do suck in this universe. Also, they actually made Ray a professor like in the comics! I like that they slowly fixed his character from how he was in arrow (he might as well have been Tony Stark).

@FishyZombie - Yeah, I groaned at the sucker punch. Utter nonsense.

This show is a lot of fun. I am impressed how they handle such a large cast.

This is my second favorite episode of the series so far after Star City 2046. I love that they are using Justice Society arch-nemesis Per Degaton next week. I also wanted to add that Josh left out in his earlier article about the Suits star playing a DC character that TVLine confirmed with producers of the show that it isn't Booster Gold. It sucks, but it isn't and it definitely isn't Hal Jordan either.

Cool twist, but I'm really confused. Chronos has been around since the first episode, even in scenes with Mick. So how is that possible?

@jaysin420 - They explained it in the episode. The Time Masters (and Chronos) found Mick trapped out of his time, so they took him in, trained him, educated him, and gave him a deal of freedom if he brought in everyone else. One assumes that Mick killed Chronos to get the suit.

@GAThrawnIGF - Thanks, I didn't think about Mick killing him.

No. The Time Masters found future Mick and TOOK him to the Vanishing Point, which is the place that is outside of time. From there, Mick became Chronos and traveled back in time to the first episode. He's always been Chronos. That's how it's possible.

@Luminus - Gotcha, that makes sense.
