Supergirl is set to return to our screens on October 9 for its highly anticipated third season, and The CW has just debuted a new trailer which focuses on the "Hero's Journey" undertaken Kara (Melissa Benoist).
The promo features some new footage of The Girl of Steel and several of her supporting characters - including an intriguing glimpse of Mon-El, who will seemingly be reintroduced in some sort of dream sequence.
