WIth Jonathan (Jordan Elsass) seriously struggling to adjust to his new home, next week's episode of Superman and Lois will see Clark (Tyler Hoechlin) do his best to convince his son to give Smallville a little more time to grow on him, which is much easier said than done. The hour will also see Clark learn a valuable lesson that will help him move past his mother's death.
Meanwhile, Lois (Elizabeth Tulloch) makes a major breakthrough in her investigation of Morgan Edge (Adam Rayner), but lands herself in some hot water when Captain Luthor (Wolé Parks) pays her a visit, and based on the latest promo, seemingly takes her hostage in an effort to draw out Superman.
Due to a previous COVID-related production shutdown, the next episode will also be the last installment before the series heads into its extended midseason hiatus until May 18. Luckily, to fill the time, Supergirl will be back on March 30 with its long-awaited sixth and final season premiere.
